Too expensive to quit so soon!

Quit working after 21 months-only spit out about an ounce. Ended up being very expensive since it was used only occasionally. I called for help and was offered a new one at a lower price. Can't repeat mistakes. The first one was an indulgence, can't do it again.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Very Convienent, Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Too Costly To Not Work
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Expensive, fails after warranty is up

My 3rd unit now and it quits working 2-3 months after warranty is up. On all there are Electronic issues with pump starting and quitting in a couple of seconds not making a full cup, customer service no help.
Pros: If It Works Its Great
Cons: Warranty Not Long Enough, Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy, HARD TO CLEAN

Just like everyone else, stopped working

Our brewer worked great for the first six months. Then we would have sketchy times when it would only put out a little water or it would take a little extra time to get it to brew. We would descale the machine and it would start working great again. Then we started having times when it wouldn't brew at all and would tell us to descale. So we would descale it, might get it to work. Last 3 months, hardly ever works, constantly says descale. Can't even get it to brew to descale. Of course we are out of warranty and it will cost me to get a new one. Pretty frustrated since it is only 18 months old. Should be able to get a lot of miles out of a coffee pot, but not so. These same issues also happened to my brother and my father. Looks like we are not alone though, seems like it has happened to a lot of people. Save your money and get another style of brewer or all together another brand. Very disappointed.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value

Dead after 15 months of use

Began having problems after the first months of ownership, called support and was told that there should have been a "descale" message on the display, never appeared until the system was 9 months old, cleaned it regularly anyway, but that didn't help. Cleaned it in April after seein the descale message and again in July. After July cleaning it only brewed about a half dozen cups and became completely unusable,plugged in, powered on, but no light on the display. All during the time it was working had constant problems with clogged needles from piercing the K-cups. Would not recommend to anyone.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN, Fragile

Not a loyal customer anymore

Don't waste your money!!! I purchased one less than two years ago and it stopped brewing any water. I called customer service and tried cleaning the needles and descaling. Nothing worked. They offered me a discounted price to buy one which is the same price any customer can get at any retailer. Why would I spend more money on an expensive product that will break again. They didn't seem to care about the consumer and have lost money on all the kcups I would have bought for years to come!!!!
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

B70 air lock, goes back to prime

after making a cup, the machine goes to 'prime' rather than 'not ready yet'. There appears to be an air lock and the only way to get it to work is to unplug it or remove the reservoir and replace. Would like to return it, but there are no more where I bought it.

This machine is not worth the money. Like so many others that have posted reviews, ours broke down at about 1-1/2, 2 yr point. At first, it was slow and then it would drip only about 1/2 cup, then only an inch in the bottom of the cup and now it won't work at all. We only use filtered water, so I agree with many that this is not the problem. We use the vinegar according to Keurig suggestions on a very regular basis. Way too pricy to keep replacing that often. I would think that the manufactuer could easily see that there is a major flaw that so many of us are experiencing here. It would be one thing if it were an occassional problem with consumers, but there are so many complaints that I gave up reading them all! The people who have positive posts and would reccomend this product have only had their keurigs for a short time. I feel bad that they will most likely have issues that the majority of us have had here. After reading all the negative posts, I just find a very large flaw with a company that cannot or WILL NOT fix such an obvious problem and continues to market such a poor machine at such a high price. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

too expensive to replace every year

Loved the machine but it only lasted 13 months. They are too expensive to replace that often. I have other coffee pots that have lasted way longer. This is too bad because the coffee is great.
