Convenient but Too Short-Lived

I just replaced this coffee maker after two years and four months. I think that I maintained it rather well, but one day I noticed "de-scale" and I was unable to run the vinegar through the machine. The lights came on, but nothing doing. I did purchase a new one. Beware, the new B70 is different. It holds more water, but the water reservoir hangs over the front of the machine. The reservoir lid now flips open in the front, but it is not convenient to put in filtered water from the fridge that way. Because of the new lid design, I dropped the water reservoir and chipped my hardwood floor. I have always thought the the coffee was rather weak and watery, so I am looking forward to trying the 60 Kcups that came with it. I did not want to buy an entire box of coffee until I'd tried it.
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile, Noisy

Loved It Til It Quit

Love Keurig. Love buying coffee from your site, because it is speedy and cost effective. Can't live without this wonderful coffee, so we were really bummed when our Keurig Platinum simply died this morning. We always use purified water in it. Can't figure out what happened, but ordered another one immediately!

Cons: Suddenly Quit

It's awesome that you can brew different flavored cups of coffee, back to back, in minutes! This is great when I have a friend over who wants a different flavor than I do. Another great thing is that you don't have to brew a pot. My husband does not drink coffee, and I have to have a cup every morning, so it's really helpful to brew my cup fresh and not waste any! I'll never go back to a conventional coffee pot again!
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Durable, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use

Good coffee maker but with problems

Had this coffee maker for 13 months, then it stopped working. Good for me that I bought it at Bed, Bath and Beyond and they replaced it for me. So we will try again. BBB has an excellent return policy, so purchase one there, that way of there is problems it can be returned or replaced.

I upgraded to the Platinum B70, the different cup sizes and the Reservoir is so nice your not filling it all the time. I've had a Keurig for over 5 years and there getting bigger and BETTER. TRY THE B70 YOU'LL LIKE IT!

Poor design

This product makes a great cup of coffee when it works. I travel a week at a time and it will not work if it has been setting unused. When I get home from travels, I have to descale, wait, descale again, wait, etc. The company will not stand by the product, even though I have had to call customer support several times. Their troubleshooting suggestions are worthless. Their only offer, if out of warranty, is to offer a reduced price on yet another coffee maker that will also have problems. Why do they not offer a re-design, and offer full replacement for the life of this defective product? This is probably the worst quality, high-priced product I have ever owned. The lack of support from the company makes it a double loser.
Pros: No Waste With Single Cup, Easy to use, Coffee tastes good, Stylish
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN, Does not hold up
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Used mine every day but it's now not even brewing a third of a cup on the large setting, I have cleaned it many times and nothing helps.Very poor reliability for such an expensive coffee maker.. and after reading similar reviews for most of their products I don't think I will buy another..

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value
