"Shuts off automatically"

I would not recommend this coffee maker until the problem of shutting off is fixed. No more should be sold until they are fixed.
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings
Cons: Shuts off automatically

3 weeks - Shuts itself off after one cup

After three weeks of loving the machine and the coffee, it started turning itself off after brewing one cup. Called Keurig, spoke with very pleasant rep and technician. I'm surprised to see so many others had the same problem I did, since they told me that this was an isolated incident (I specifically asked if this was a frequent problem)! They advised me to return it to where I purchased it [...] Thinking this was a rare occurrence, I wasn't too upset. Now that I've read these reviews, I'm getting worried. I've already purchased a lot of K-cups! I love the appearance, the ease in cleaning, and the coffee. But it has to WORK!

Cons: Fragile

Got my Platinum brewer for Christmas and like the other reviews stated worked three weeks, and then would brew one cup and shut itself off. They did quickly send out a replacement. Hope this one last longer for the money we paid!
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile

Exceeded expectations. This is the future of home brewers! I wouldn't be surprised to see Starbucks start making k-cups for the Keurig!

The Platinum brewer is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

What a Christmas Gift

My in-laws gave this to us for christmas and what more can I say, I love this machine. I use it about 10 times during the day, love making Ice Tea with it.
Pros: Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Durable, Multiple Settings

My brewer keeps shutting itself down!!

I love the Keurig brewers but have been having issues with my new one. I owned one for two years without any problems. I decided to replace it with a new one (same model)for Christmas. The new one worked but started shutting itself off. I called Keurig and they replaced it. The second one also began shutting itself off. This one actually was worse than the one it replaced. I just received another replacement machine today and so far so good. I love the quality of my old Keurig brewer and the coffee is yummy. I want to keep using the product but the constant shutting down is really frustrating. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this replacement will not have the same problems. I would still recommend the brewer to others --- if the shutting itself down issue were to be corrected.

Keeps Shutting Off, must return

My husband and I were enjoying the Keurig single coffee maker but it has been shutting off and I must return it to [@] where I purchased it. I have seen others returning them as well. Is there a problem with this particular machine? It is very convenient. It doesn't get as hot as we would like. Debra

Makes great coffee but is unreliable. I have returned 3 units back to Keurig and am having issues again with my fourth brewer.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, Stops working regularly
