Shuts off after brewing 1 cup

There is an issue with this machine, it works great for about 3 weeks and then it starts shutting off after 1 brew and you have to turn the machine back on. This is not an isolated problem. My friend also got this machine for Christmas and hers did the same thing after 3 weeks. There are plenty of posts from others having the same issue. This is a problem that needs to be resolved because for the money it is frustrating that it does not work properly. When it was working properly....I loved it!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A Hit Throughout the Family

Within moments of waking until just before bedtime, a coffee cup is at my elbow. My older kids drink it as well, but hate messing with a coffee maker. Wife & daughter love teas and cocoa. This present to me from my family has struck a perfect chord for the entire group. When my grown children visit (all coffee drinkers and connoisseurs) I expect they'll enjoy the convenience and numerous choices! Bravo!
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Fun, Easy to use, Durable

PUMP PROBLEM

I got the B77 from [...]. The first one showed pump problem after 3 weeks usage. (Failed to pump water from reservoir sporadically). Got an exchange and the second one started to show the same issue after 2 weeks. A lots of people complain about this issue. Not sure I am going to get another exchange from [...] or just return it!!! Come on! Keurig. Fix it, please !!!

Needs Help!!

I purchased the Platinum Brewing System in December 2009 directly from Keurig.com as a Christmas gift for my husband. We opened it and started using it on December 25th. Less than 2 weeks later, the machine started turning itself off because the reservoir tank would not flow correctly. Also, the machine would say that it was brewing when it clearly was not. I am waiting on a replacement to see if it is just a defective model.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, Complicated
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sporadic operation

I have had this model for over a year now. Recently I needed to de-scale the machine which I did. Afterwards the screen flashes "not ready" and will not reset. I tried to contact the techs via phone but after a 20 min wait was told they would call me back at their leasure. Not happy with that

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

PLASTIC!!!!!

I received this as a Christmas gift and was so happy, but disappointed as the coffee has a very strong plastic taste. No matter which coffee I use it has this taste.....

Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

Let me first say that I never ever write reviews for products. I had to make an exception with this! My mother bought this for me as a gift. At first, I was skeptical. But now I use my Keurig every morning. It brews so fast, and there are so many tasty varieties of K-cups. I love my Keurig!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Durable
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

A lot of reviewers said their machine stopped pumping within a short period of time. Mine stopped pumping within a week of purchase.
