I am in love with it!

I use mine on average twice a day. I'll have my morning cup of coffee and my afternoon cup of tea. I love flavored coffees and I am really appreciating the freedom of the single serve K-cups. I can have a regular coffee one morning and a hazelnut another without having to open multiple pagkages and compromise the freshness of the coffee. I have used the special iced coffees and teas that are available as well and they work wonderfully! I cannot recommend this product enough.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast
Cons: Noisy
I would recommend this to a friend!

Machine needs to last longer!!!!!!!!!!

I have had many Keurig machines, and although Customer Service always replaces them within the year, it is still very frustrating. I love the coffee and convenience, but to spend [$] on a machine that only lasts one year is completely ridiculous.Keurig: You need to produce a more reliable machine otherwise in a couple years you will be on the unemployment line.
Cons: Durability
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good coffee, but poor quality brewer

I purchased my first Keurig in Dec. 2010, by April 2011, it no longer worked and was replaced under warranty. Now, only two years later (June 2012), the second brewer no longer works either. I only brew coffee 3 or 4 times per week and only used reverse osmosis or purified water for brewing. With the limited use of my brewer, along with the costs of the machine and k-cups, it seems like the value of the system is questionable. I enjoyed the coffees that I brewed, but I don't think the good taste of a couple of cups of coffee offset the lack of reliability and costs involved with the system.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Over the past few years I have purchased 3 Keurig coffee makers. One Limited Edition brewer that actually still works and two Platinum brewers that no longer work at all. My latest Platinum brewer died last week. It is ridiculous to spend this kind of hard earned money on an inferior product that can't stand up to making a few cups of coffee a week. I'm not an avid coffee drinker but I would like for it to make a cup when I do want one. I guess I'll have to go back to the old style of coffee makers with the filters for $20 a piece. At least there dependable, will work and not to mention are a lot more inexpensive.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Easy to use, Convienent
Cons: Quality components, Length of service, Durability
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have often heard prior to my first purchase that these machines are awesome for a great consistant cup of coffee. This is true...My concern is the complaints about the machine not lasting long. My machine is leaking and ruined my countertop after one year & 5 months.Waranty is up so they offered me the platinum for 79 bucks. i will think positive & take it.I wanted a new countertop anyway so not that big of an issue.I will keep you posted on how long this one lasts...
Pros: Multiple Settings, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Best Coffee Maker I've Owned

I have owned my Keurig for 3 years and have never had a problem with it. It is used every day. I usually have 2 - 3 cups per day and my husband uses it twice. I love the fact you can adjust the temperature of the coffee. I have it as high as it goes and it's perfect. I also like that I can get hot water for oatmeal, tea, etc. immediately.
Pros: Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: Noisy

I'm writing this review because after reading reviews by others I needed to pass this on. I thought my machine had broken because while cleaning it the unit stopped working. I think what happened is during a cleaning cycle I was running hot water through it. When I was done my wife added cold water to finish the clean cycle. I believe the two extreme temperatures caused the unit to malfunction momentarily. The next day the unit performed as though nothing ever happened making perfect cups of coffee once again. My Kuering is over 2 yrs old and works perfectly and here's why. You should clean it at least once per month, 2 months at the least. My wife waited 3 months this last time and it was a major problem getting it cleaned and operating to factory specs again requiring at least 15 runs of vinegar through the machine. If you clean your Kuerig often it should last years. I recommend at least once per month.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Great when it's working, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Get's noisy after 2 yrs

Lets try #3

Just spent a bunch of $$ on a few months supply of K-cups, and for the third time now, I have no machine to use them in. I've bought 2 and had one replaced for free, but the warranted is done on my recent one, so back to the store I go to waste more money on this system. If you can get yours to last for more than 18months, you are lucky. Bottled water and regular descaling had zero effect on the life of this latest machine. Not really sure why I am bothering to buy another one, this is ridiculous
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Fast
