Performance issues

The brewer is perfect for our everyday needs and is easy to use with great functional options. One drawback is that we are on the third one in two years. Each of the first two lasted about a year before breaking irreparably. On a positive note, customer service has been excellent in working through the issues with me, eventually replacing both brewers when a fix was not possible. The excellent customer service and the convenience of the K-Cups is what has prevented me from just going back to old pot method. If given the opportunity I probably would have went with a less costly version, I wonder sometimes if its all of the complex functionality in the Platinum that causes the brewer to malfunction.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish
Cons: Poor Quality, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my Keurig!!

I purchased my B70 Keurig brewer in 2009 and I love it, no problems until today. I went to make a cup of coffee and the machine was dead wouldn't power up I tried everything. I then called customer service and explained to the customer service agent Tabitha, what was going on and even though my warranty ran out awhile ago Tabitha, told me that they were sorry that my brewer was not working and that she was going to send me out a new one. I was shocked I never expected them to replace my machine I was waiting for them to tell me that I would have to invest in a new one but I'm happy that I won't have to do this. Thank You Keurig!! This is what I call awesome customer service and why I would only buy and recommend Keurig.

On Lg cup setting I only get half a cup in a Lg mug. Would like a travel mug setting.

I have a different Keurig version at work that I use M-F and it's been going strong for over 3 years now. This one I got as a Christmas gift in 2010 and is not working anymore. When you pay almost $200. for something you expect it to last longer than 15 months. I'm soooo disappointed.
Pros: Stylish, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Pump went out, Pricey / Poor Value

BROKEN IN 3 MONTHS

I had to get one of these after going to a New Years Eve party at a friends house and seeing it there. I picked up one early January and it worked great! But then it started flashing its blue lights with no "add water" or "prime" indications on the LCD. I changed the water out, cleaned it and it worked for a week or so. Then it started brewing 1/2 cups or would brew at all. I removed the reservoir and reinstalled it and it seem to work. BUT this week it now says "prime" and does not take in the water. When I get it working it would brew a teaspoon then flash its lights. I contacted customer support and they are replacing the unit. They said there are not to many issues with my unit but then I went on here and have read that alot of people have issues with this series. I just want to say, Keurigs customer service was great, and I like the fact they didnt hassle me to get a new one to replace this one!
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best coffee ever.

I have never drank much coffee. After getting this unit I have found that I love coffee. It makes such a good cup. It also does a lot of other things that I like. Such as Tea, hot cider, cappuccino and other drinks. It is a great invention. And I'm hooked for life.

Very Happy With My Brewer

This brewer makes excellent coffee and there isn't any waste. I can have a different coffee every time I brew a cup if I want to. It does seem to have a reliability problem but customer service makes it very easy to fix. My first brewer quit brewing just after the warranty ran out but they sent me a brand new brewer. I can't complain about that.
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use

After reading 100+ reviews (good and bad) of the B70 I decided to take the plunge and buy it. I've registered the machine, and so far it has not given me any trouble whatsoever and can't imagine my morning coffees or evening teas without it. Based on reviews, I am confident that should anything go wonky, Keurig will be there for me to help and stand behind their product.
Pros: Fast, Economical, Easy to use
