How Many Brewers Does it TAKE?

How great it was when I bought my first Keurig! I am the un-proud owner of 5 of these machines. My 5th one has just bitten the dust: Same 'ole same 'ole: THe pump gets screwed up and won't produce the correct size you choose. So now I have about a ga-zillion dollars worth of K-Cups, for home and office, and barely one machine I can use. When these K-Cups run out-sometime in the next century-I will buy NO MORE K-cups or machines, unless it can be proven beyond doubt that the all the bugs have been worked out. I also have a Tassimo machine that has NOT yet failed me. Too bad I can't use the K-cups in that. Very DISSAPPOINTED in the Keurig Brewers. And I have had all the models except the Breville. WIll not get suckered again. Too bad.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Computer Issues

I am on my third machine. They get a brain drain and forget to make coffee. Happens about 4 months after it is new. Keurig is great about replacing it but I would rather not have the problem at all.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings

Great Coffeemaker but...

We purchased ours on 27June2009. It stopped working on 30March2010. That doesn't speak well for durability. Keurig is sending me a replacement though.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish
Cons: Complicated

I have had to replace it twice in three months. Would not recomend to anybody.
Pros: Multiple Settings
Cons: Stpped working, Have had two stop

Superior brewing system

This brewer is the best one I have bought. I have tried many different types of single cup brewers, but the Keurig beats them all, hands down. Easy to use, to clean and umpteen varieties of coffee. No problem with customer support. I had a very slight problem and it was corrected at once. Keurig sent me a new brewer. I was really impressed.Quality of product is excellent. Keep up the good work Keurig Very satisfied customer.

Disappointment!

So I used my Keurig Platinum once and then when I went two days later to use it again, the "brew" light came on but I could never get it to brew again. I took it back and got a refund. I am very disturbed that it worked only once and then shut down.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic Machine for the whole family

I am an avid tea drinker. In fact I buy Tazo (Starbucks) iced tea just so I will have the same flavor as going to the store. I received this machine for Christmas and we took it with us to our vacation home and it was an instant hit with the kids and myself. My son (17) likes coffee so he's got that and my tea and my daughter (13) likes the tea and cocoa. I too had the problem with the pump and was amazed when they just immediately sent me a new one right away. Now all of my relatives have one and we all trade stories on our machines. Think we're hooked!!!

WONDERFUL COFFEE, EASY AND CONVENIENT

MAKES THE BEST COFFEE ANYWHERE. PUTS STARBUCKS TO SHAME. I AM NOW ON MY FOURTH UNIT SINCE DECEMBER. IT SEEMS THAT THE WATER INTAKE FAILS TO TAKE IN THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF WATER EACH TIME AND SHUTS ITSELF OFF. THE COMPANY HAS BEEN GREAT ABOUT REPLACING THE FAULTY ONES. HOPEFULLY THEY HAVE THE KINKS WORKED OUT AND THE ONE I RECEIVED TODAY WILL BE THE LAST ONE.
Pros: Stylish, No cleanup, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Can make a cup at anytime, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable
