This is a great coffee maker, I am on my 3rd not but i am really happy that the company is standing by the unit. Just hope they can get the pump working right and soon.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Easy to use

Never had better coffee

We use this every morning, lunch and afternoon. We have coffee frequently on weekends as we entertain a lot and many people enjoy coffee (etc.). We love how quickly it heats up the water, how easy it is to use, the different sizes you can brew, the various flavors we can buy and pretty much everything about it. Its seeming to get a little louder as time wears on, but general wear and tear is to be expected.
Pros: Stylish, Durable, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings

Best brewer I've ever had

I've had mind about 4 Mths. and the only problem was figuring out how to clean the pipe from the bottom of the K-Cup when it plugs up. Twice in 4 Mths. A small wire, smaller than a paper clip, does just fine. It took awhile to figure out which coffee I liked. I settled on "Donut Shop" medium roast. I'm not all that perticular but this is without a doubt the best coffee I've ever made at home. It's a little pricy, [$] and 1/4 a cup. I drink at least 4 to 10 cups a day between home and work.
Pros: Durable, Easy to use, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings

What a piece of junk

I live with my brother and he had this machine for 2 years until it finally died. So being the nice guy that I am, I bought him a new one and myself one for when I move out. I bought it 2/10/2010. We are currently on our 4th machine and that just died this morning after being in use 26 days. Now I need to package it up and go get another one. What appears to happen is that the pump stops working and does not pump water into the reservoir to heat up so the heating element overheats and shuts down. We drink an average of 2 cups of coffee a day...that use should not cause this machine to struggle. Keurig...you need to do something with this...It is driving me freakin nuts.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. IT WAS SO EASY TO SET UP AND USE AND THE K CUP VARIETY IS GREAT. I LOVE THE HOT TEAS AND COFFEES AND I MAKE THEM INTO ICED TEAS AND COFFEES AS WELL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS STYLE TO ANYONE AS IT IS GREAT AND FUN TO USE. THE KEURIG COFFEE CLUB IS ALSO A GREAT DEAL SO SIGN UP.
Pros: Fun, Durable, Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: DRIP CUP TO WIDE

Love my Keurig

This is the best coffee maker I have ever had. It is so easy to use and the coffee is the best. I have had no problems with this machine, I use filtered water like it recommended in the manual and I have had a perfect cup of coffee every time I use it.

LCD Screen went blank

I purchased Christmas (08) for vacation home, but did not unbox until Christmas (09) when I brought it back to where I live. (Economy reasons) I have used it everyday now for about 4 months, and had it set for auto on/off. Today 4/4/10, the LCD screen is completely blank, so have no way to set it anymore, although it still brews the coffee at the setting I had it on. From what I'm gathering online, there are others having problems and I feel that the company should stand behind their products, if they are having issues. We'll see if they do, when I contact them, since it's only 4 months past warranty. I paid [$] for the unit.
Cons: Fragile, LCD screen stopped workin

Fantastic Coffee Machine.

My Wife got me the coffee maker for Christmas and when I set it up it worked great and brewed the BEST cup of coffee I ever had, Then after about 1 month it stopped working the water wasn't getting pumped in., I call Cust Svc and they sent me a brand new one but it took over a week to arrive. When I recieved the new machine it only worked for about 2 weeks, I was so mad I called Cust Svc and the sent me out another machine and 3 boxes of coffee for my trouble and so far this one id working great. I have never had a better cup of home brewed coffee and I am so Happy with this product now that I will never buy another Drip coffee maker again. Thanks for a Great Product and Fantastic Cust Svc,
