Lots of Problems...

I am already on my 3rd machine the first I returned to the store to exchange after 1 month it kept turning itself off and not feeding the water to brew. The second machine same thing after 1 month[...]Now another month has gone by and my 3rd machine is doing the same thing! Turning off even though it is set not to and not feeding the water through so I can make coffee. Save your self the aggravation DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE!!!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Keeps turning off, Does not stay set

Bought it in Nov 09, currently May 10, Use it 6-8 times a day, has to be de-scaled every other month but I didn't mind, it has officially died, refuses to pump. For what I paid, I would really like it to last more than six months. And I am embarrassed that I gave these as xmas gifts, knowing they are shoddy!

Cons: Fragile, Frequent Cleaning, Refuses to pump

This is my 7th machine. Yes you read that right 7!!!!!!!!! Everytime we get one it lasts just a couple of months and then stops. I have descaled it. Nothing works. It is junk. I am going to a different brand that still takes the kcups. Maybe that one will work longer that 2 or 3 months and brew me a full cup of coffee. What a waste of money. We started with the special edition and went through 4 of those. Then we switched to the platinum. It did the same thing. Don't purchase this garbage.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, Not a good life span

The first one lasted what seems to be an amazing 11 months, Keurig replaced it with no problems. Now after less than six months my replacement is dying. I clean it regularly, use filtered water and it either doesn't pump or only does 1/2 cup. Not very reliable for a [$] coffee pot. Black and Decker $10 pots last for years.

Cons: Fragile

I bought mine 3 years ago and still works. Gave one to my daughters and they have had theirs about 2 years. and no problems. Haven't tried the b70 yet. but I m buying one as a gift. tomorrow.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Durable

We loved the coffee maker while it worked for the first 8 months, all of a sudden the pump runs, but nothing comes out. Have called tech support and tried descaling, still no luck. Appears from reading other reviewes there is a real problem with this coffee maker, hopefully, Kuerig will fix the problems and create a GREAT coffee maker.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Unreliable

Great - for a little while

I have been the proud owner of a Keurig Platinum brewer for just under 2 years. In that time I have purchased over $500 worth of coffee from the Keurig website, and I've bought at least that much Keurig coffee pods from Bed Bath and Beyond as well. Now, my brewer has stopped pumping water. It started as a "descale" warning, which I quickly heeded by following the instructions included with my Keurig brewer. Even after descaling, the "descale" warning persisted. I went through 2 gallons of white vinegar over the course of a month, but still the descale warning would be shown. Then the brewer stopped giving me full cups of coffee. Now it has stopped working altogether.Since this product didn't even last 2 years, I am hesitant to purchase a new one. But I have a lot of unused coffee pods leftover. I'd like to continue drinking Keurig coffee, but principle will not allow me to pay full price for a new brewer. [...]

Was very happy with this brewer. However, have had this just over 1 year and the pump stopped working. Sounds like this is a frequent complaint. Come on Keurig, fix the problem. Now I see they have moved on to Cuisinart. Maybe they can make a lasting product! Seems like a lot of money for a brewer that only lasts a short time. I am not happy with that at all. Have a call into customer service/technician so we will see how they respond. Seems like with this frequent of a problem they should be pulling this off the shelf and replacing everyones.
