Good When it Works

I too read the reviews before we "upgraded" to a nicer model. The first model is great, just the beginner and we never had a problem with it although it is loud. We got the never version even though some of the reviews mentioned it will stop working but they had replaced that model so we went ahead and got one. Well after about 3 months ours too wont work very well. I sent an email and they told me I have to call in, haven't done that yet. In reading another review I see I need to pump the water tank to get it to work, at least we will be able to make more than one cup. Will get on the phone with them today and get the warranty thing going. Other than that, we LOVE our coffee maker!
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Having some issues

Everything is great, except if you use your own coffee, pain to clean filter.
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Multiple Settings, Stylish

Gone thru 2 in 12 months!!

W2 have gone through 2 of these units in less than 12 months. Originally purchased for wife from children for Mother's Day 2009 (May). Original machine would not brew a cup in July 2009. We brew on average 4-6 cups per day. Only use Kcups. Called Keurig support. Went thru all procedures of sticking paper clip in brewing needle, etc. Descaled multiple times. Keurig sent a new machine. On new machine at Keurig recommendation we installed the water filter they sell for the water resevoir. Just called in April 2010 to get a new one again because the machine did the same thing. Sounds like pump is running, but no water comes out, or it just spits out. It can't muster enough energy to brew a whole cup. We keep getting new ones because the machine cost almost $150. And when it works we like the coffee. I couldn't recommend because of the issues we have had with not one, but two units. Keurig has replaced the units because they are under warranty without question, but it is a big hassle.

Cons: Fragile, HARD TO CLEAN

Well I am on my 3rd B77. The first two had the same problem. The service was excellent, but I want the thing to work.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Can't get one that works

Quieter is NOT Better Works when IT want

I had an older B70 Brewer, It worked well, every day day in day out, at least 3 cups a day. Basic CON it was very Noisy. I saw the new B77 quiet brew, and hoped it was as good as the old noisy B70. Wrong, this new B77 after one month started to make coffee when IT wanted, Brew the first cup fine, but then it would not take water in right away and then shut itself off. As the days went on it got progressivly worse. I called customer support, once, with no help, it made some cups, called again, but you must be at the machine, I don't usually drink coffee in the evening, and when I make coffee in morning customer support is at home also making coffee. Finally after the third call I got a CSR who was helpful. It depends who you talk to at Keurig. After reading the reviews there appears to be some manufacturing problems in China. Overall a great brewer when it works. Bring back the old noisy dependable ones. There should be no need to hit the brewer or juggle the resevoir to get it to work correctly. The old Noisy one worked fine for years, the new quietbrew should too.

Cons: Fragile

Looking back I wish I kept my Krups coffee maker as a back-up. If I had read the reviews or had known, I truly would have. My Keurig barely lasted 3mos. The Keurig rep I spoke to stood behind the product and immediately agreed to send a new one, but, reading the slew of reviews online, who knows how long it will last? As a pro, I like not cleaning a carafe. As a big con, I'd like to depend on getting a cup of coffee.

Nice Concept But, Broke Within 5 Weeks

Used the B70 for 3 weeks for 2 cups each morning with great results. Weeks 4 & 5 the unit would shut off after the 1st cup was brewed. Keurig is sending a replacement unit. Hopefully will work longer than the 1st one.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Fragile

Love this coffe maker,but just stopped working.Glad to see keurig will replace coffee maker for n/c. I do have to return the little k cup, to get my replacement which is great. I hope they fixed the problem because i do work at a retail store and lots of people are returning them for the same water problem not working. thanks for the info someone wrote about the problem hopefully its fixed on the new machines.
