Quiet...

I have the One shot at work it's great, wish it got a little hotter, but i still love it, I have the platinum at home. Love that one also so quiet and easy to use. Mine does shut off on it's own from time to time, but i dont mind, better than leaving it on all day and forgetting about it.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

platinum ceased working with in 8 months of moderate use in a home setting.8 to 10 cups per day brewed. [...] machine will be replaced under warranty.brewer began to 'get out of step' on occasion. brewer began to produce odd noises while extracting water from external tank to internal tank. brewer then stopped working all together.i shall give the replacement brewer a go, if it also fails i will explore other brands of single cup brewers.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings
Cons: Fragile

Replacement after 1 month

My first B70 had problems almost immediately. I thought I did something wrong but then it started working on its own. As mentioned by so many others, the problem is reservoir-related. I commend Keurig for sending another one but even that had a delay because of stock issues. It would be a great machine if this common problem was not there but I am keeping my fingers crossed on #2.
Pros: Convenient, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish
Cons: Not Reliable

I use my coffee maker every day all day. I like the fact every cup is fresh as the last.I have bought one for both my daughters,although I bought them the cheaper one they too have had trouble with the noise, so they returned it back to the store and they both are happy campers again,everyone is intitled to a lemon once in awhile.We all love our makers and would not go back to any other.
Pros: Durable, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings

I love my keurig coffee maker. My coffee tastes the same everytime I make it, so fresh and hot! It's super easy to use. I also use it to make hot water when I want tea. I did have some problems with my brewer but customer service has been fantastic and I am a very satisfied customer. I do buy my k kups from [...] so far it's the cheapest if you do the subscribe and save.

Quality lacking

Got the brewer at Christmas, After a short time it would turn off during the reheat cycle. Notified Keurig and they sent another unit FREE. The second week I had it, it started to smell like hot insulation. Threw it out and am using the old machine. So much for quality. Love the coffee selections though.

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

I am getting worried.

Well..I received my Keurig as a Christmas present..and was thrilled beyond words. Less than 2 months later, it decides I should drink demi-tasse size instead of the 16oz it is always set on. I called Keurig, they said to run vinegar through it...I did. Then about 2 weeks after that, I call Keurig again..same problem. They run me through the anti-clogging ...done that. So I had to call this week...again. I just want it to work, I use mine all the time: coffee, tea, hot chocolate, iced tea...hot water for my hot cereal! My sister has an older unit, uses it all the time. Mine looks so cool and new and modern compared to hers! However, she doesn't have to run vinegar through it or use a paperclip to stick up the holes to de-clog it!! I was devastated! My new Keurig and complimentary (2) two boxes of K-cups will arrive tomorrow! That was very very nice of them. But will my new unit be better? I still love the Keurig and recommend it, but I am nervous about mine ever working well again!
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Clogs easily

AFTER TWO WEEKS MY COFFEE BREWER STOP WORKING. Other than that it made a great cup of coffee.Now for the inconvenience.Thank you. It's not that I wouldn"t recommend this product because i do like it but right now I'm very upset.[$] is not cheap and for that you expect.that product to work alot longer than two weeks.

Cons: Fragile
