New B70

The B70 is a fine coffee maker. I've puchaced the B70 with my eyes wide open after reading the issues. So far so good but it's only been one day. I'll up-date this review if any issues pop up. BTW, I gind my own coffee and recommend a very fine grind when anyone does this using the B70 and the "My K cup Filter".
Pros: Easy to use

Still absolutely in love with my Keurig

I left a comment back on Sept. 12th and wanted to follow up. I never was one to depend on reviews and the full word of others to make my decisions. I am happy that I listened to those that I called on for help when I bought my Platinum by Keurig!! I am so happy with my coffee maker and how it has pleased the crowds that I have during gatherings at my home. I use it several times a day and it has never failed me. All of my friends and family have made small comments when presented with a fresh cup while visiting on how pleased they are with the coffee maker as well as the variety of coffee I can offer. Today I bought 3 more as gifts for the holidays. I can only hope they have the same joy day after day that I have. Just as a small side note- I did have to work with customer service because I did not receive an order I placed for K-Cups and they were fabulous. The rep that I worked with was very helpful and pleasant and followed up as promised - and it wasn't even an error on their end! Truly an A+ experience all the way around.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Easy to use, Durable, Fast, Multiple Settings

Awesome, but beware!

Watch out! I put a meter on this puppy and when it's on and not brewing it still uses a lot of watts, 480 watts but off and on.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Easy to use

Replacement Disappointment

I upgraded to this brewer ONLY because I wanted the red color. There was a problem with the pump and I received a replacement (customer service was great). However, I am very disappointed that the replacement was a black brewer. Now, I regret spending the extra money. I told the CSR that my brewer was red - seems they should know that when I gave the serial number.
Pros: Easy to use

Upgrading after 2 yrs.

I have owned a Keurig for about 2 years and have just ordered my second (my first still works fine, I wanted to upgrade to some of the new features). Only had one issue with short cupping that was solved with one call to customer service. Any product can have a few lemons but customer service is great and they stand behind their products. This is a great coffee maker for a single person who doesn't have time to drink a full pot. Love the variety. I have noticed that most of the negative reviewers have had to admit that customer service has taken care of their issues. I highly recommend this product. There is a reason that Starbucks and Dunkin have jumped on the K-cup bandwagon.

Barely Works!

It worked for a few weeks then began to act up. Would make the noises(pump or just a low roaring sound) as if it was going to work but it would not make any coffee. Descaled and nothing changed. If you gave it a "convincing tap" on the side it would start, sometimes. Now it won't even take in water even with the tap. I spent about 30 minutes on the phone with customer service and the lady was very nice. She had me run it through what she called a reset phase(three medium cup brews) and it worked for a bit. Then just stopped. It has become a very expensive counter top weight.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love, love, love the platinum brewer! So far, it brews a perfect cup every single time. I've never tasted coffee this good before. I have no complaints. Keep up the good work Keurig!!

we use it everyday for coffee and hot choc for the kids. also being able to make iced coffee or teas is incredible. also the hot water on demand is great feature for other things in the kitchen.
Pros: Durable, Fast, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.
