Keurig: A good cup of Joe

Keurig really proved themselves as a company that can be trusted to work with its customer for a solution to a situation that arose. In my case I believe Keurig did what needed to be done and am I glad they did.
Pros: Fast, Stylish, Easy to use, Durable, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

NEED IT IN RED AND LAGER CUP SIZE SET TIMER AND CUP SIZE COMPLICATED NEED CUP SIZE NOT THE PICTURE OF CUP

I love this k-cup concept and the fact its so easy to use. I had purchased the first Platinum model and was disappointed that I did not receive the use of it for not quite 2 years. After I tossed that one I have been using single cup k-cup brewers and they are not reliable as most of the time I get only 1/2 cup coming out. I just ordered the new K79 model Platinum series in Cinnamon color from a shopping network. I sincerely hope I have better luck with this one. I hope by now all the bugs are worked out. I like the fact that there is a button for "hot" water only for the times I want instant oatmeal or tea. I really can't wait to get my new brewer, but am a little worried as to how long this one will last. I wish that I could be reassured as to the quality of this one. I was careful and did not abuse my last one. I hope Kuerig Corp reads these reveiws and takes it to heart and does something about Quality as these are pricey and should stand up to even gentle usage.

Bad product. no customer service Broke after just a few uses and received no help from the company.

I love my new Keurig

I just recieved my keurig last week for my birthday. This is by far the best gift i have recieved in years. I love my Keurig! It's such a simple, quick, and easy way to make coffee. Especially if you are in a hurry. I would recommend this product to everyone, whether you are an everyday coffee drinker or just every once in a while drinker. Such a great invention.

Not an Improvement

I have had a Keurig brewer for many years.This is my third brewer. The handle is now made of plastic and I am sure will not last as long as my other brewers did. If you are making improvements they should enhance the product not cheapen it.

Brews one after another

Machine is quite and very fast at recycling brewing.As son as one cup is finished will brew another as fast as you can remove and insert k-cup
