Great coffee but unreliable

My Keurig Platinum makes great coffee when it works. About 25% of the time it dispenses the wrong amount of water into the cup which becomes costly. No one seems to want to deal with this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this item on QVC, I had it only 6 months, and it started to break down, I called customer service after trying to take care of it myself, going through the troubleshotting guide, and they shipped out a new unit right away. The problam as it was spitting out the coffee, and running for an extended time period with no brewing at all, I had to unplug it several times and plugged it back in sometimes only getting an extra cup or 2. A few times even over flowing a travel mug, then It wouldn't work at all. Customer service was polite, informitive and gave a positive experience over all.
Pros: Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish
Cons: Broke down after 6 months

Horrible - Never works

Do not buy this Keurig. I got one for XMas 2 years ago and have had at least 2 replacements since then. You have to clean it constantly and even after doing that and descaling it, it would never consistently brew a full cup of coffee. For the price, it is not worth the aggravation.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Doesn't work consistently, Does not brew a full cup, Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN

I really do like the Keurig I bought. I know others that have them so i broke down and bought one because i like them so much, but after only a month if i try to change cup sizes other then the one it defaults to it doesn't give you the right amount. Huge bummer and let down.

Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

Love the convenience when it works

I have had most of the same problems the others listed and am on my 5th replacement in less than 2 years! The current one I've had now for 8 months with some occasional issues. I will say the customer service I've received has been good once I get connected to the correct person. I really enjoy the convenience of the brewer and one cup at a time, since I'm the only one drinking coffee at our house. I've learned I have most of the trouble if it gets shut off or if the power goes out, so I leave it on constantly. I descale every 2-3 months per the customer service rep. I'm fully expecting this one to malfunction, too, based on my history, but I won't give up since I really like the convenience. Wondering if a different brand would have better performance, but because the customer service continues to replace them for free I'm hanging in there, however, I'm starting to feel like they don't believe me when I call and tell them I'm having the same problems again, but am glad to read here that I'm not alone. I do love the Keurig Brewers, just wish they were reliable. I recommend them, but with the truth of my experience. My friend who recommended it to me feels awful for the trouble I've experienced....she too has now had the same issues.

Cons: Fragile, Noisy, Temperamental

Best single cup I have ever owned.

I have owned several single-cup brewers. To date, this is the best I have ever owned. What I like best is that it gives you several different cup sizes, from demi-tasse to travel mug. Ease of use is also a plus for me.

I have had my machine for a little over a month, I absolutley love this machine, the only "downfall" is We go tru a lot more coffee :p

I have 2 other roommates and they both use it as well as I do. We drink coffee everyday and this awesome machine does every cup perfect and fast. its convinient, its quick, and coffe varities are practicaly limitless.
Pros: Durable, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Perfect coffees everytime, Fast, Stylish
