We had our first Keurig for about 8 months and it started to brew really slow. We contacted Keurig and after a 5 miniute conversation with one of there customer care reps she informed us that they had made some upgreades to this model and told us that yes that was a problem. She asked us what was our drink of choice. She then told us our new machine and 2 boxes of free coffee would be to us [...]WONDERFULL customer service Ill continue to deal with companies that take care of there customers like Keurig did with us! THANKS
Pros: Durable, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Easy to use

cannot drain tank

So far so good on making coffee and teas. I tried to get all of the water out of the warming tank, [...]. I found out there is NO way to drain the back warming tank. I wanted to take it on vacation but do not want the weight or mess of the water to go on vacation too.Other than that, it is great & I love all of the flavor choices. FUN

Failed Pump

Today I am receiving a replacement unit because mine intermittently would not pump water. Support told me it was because I did not clean it properly, even though I told them that it had this problem out of the box. I am concerned that after my warranty runs out, I will be stuck with a door stop.

this brewer has nothing but problems purchaed first one and it had electric problem was replaced by keuring and know brews less than half cup customer service will not replace because they say it was replaced but they have all there serial # mixed up with people in other states so they will not replace customer service rep debbie
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, Complicated, HARD TO CLEAN, Fragile

Expensive if you drink alot of coffee

The coffee gets very expensive if you love to drink alot of coffee. Coffee is my beverage of choice.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

We love the idea of this brewer, however, our platinum brewer is faulty. On the largest cup size it will dispense about 2 tablespoons of coffee sometimes (most times). At this point each cup size brews a random amount of coffee and requires us to brew three to four times just to get one regular cup of coffee. Very frustrating. We have descaled several times and have tried everything else to "reset" the brewer. No luck. We have a ton of k-cups left so we aren't sure what we will do - we are leaning towards switching back to a regular coffee maker. At least they are reliable.

On my 3nd replacement

Guess I am having the same issues as everyone else. Just got my 3rd machine; same issue each time: shuts off by itself, then brews partial cup if you can get it to work. Why can't they fix this issue and send us all a new machine? My husband payed [$] for this unit in mid-Jan 2010. This is ridiculous!
