Well! i just got this! I had the same brewer in a Cinnamon color, but it quit working after 6 months, after I encountered a DESCALE problem, and I called Keurig,and running white vinegar thru wouldn't work. So the Nice girl on the phone with Keurig was so helpful! She told me to run the vinegar thru a few times, and i did, and if that didn't work to call her back. It didn't work unfortunately, so I called her back, and she was so very nice, and said she would send me this brand-New one! I like this stainless color better! So far so good, so i guess the other product was just defective. Hopefully, this one will work forever! I just love the easy use of this, and how quick and perfect it makes makes a great tasting cup of coffee! I Recommend DONUT SHOP KCUPS by Coffee People! The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Not happy with this model

Not at all happy with this particular model.I purchased this from Keurig directly on January 12th 2010.It failed within the first few weeks of use (it would not pump water) and was replaced by Keurig 1/29/2010.The 2nd brewer failed in April of 2010 (again not pumping water) and was again replaced by Keurig.Now my 3rd Platinum brewer was failed, with the same symptoms[...].I LOVE the coffee and love it when it works but I am very fed up with the platinum brewer.3 failed machines in 6 months is ridiculous!
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When it works, it makes a great cup of coffee. We just called Keurig and they are replacing our unit after 3 months use. It was intermitent in pumping water after one month of use. Often, we would need to restart the unit several times to get it to make one cup. I hope they fixed the issue so we don't continue the problem. The

Great Coffee machine!!!

I just returned from a trip visiting an Uncle in the mountains and he has the Platinum Brewing machine. I think this is the best coffee brewer ever! The machine is used alot by my Aunt and Uncle, and of course while I was there it seemed to get double the use! The machine NEVEr failed to brew a great cup of coffee for me! I WILL get a Keurig as soon as I can do it!!!

Have had a b70 for a little over a year now and it just stopped working. A quick and painless call to customer service(jumped through some hoops doing the same stuff the manual tells you to do) and a replacement will be here in 5-10 business day's. Customer service seems to be a lost art in this day and time but Keurig has done it right.
