I love my brewer!!!

I use my Keurig everyday and absolutely LOVE IT!!! I will never go back to a coffee pot. The fresh cup every time is great and the selection of coffee is great. I have had my brewer for a year now and I will never go back to traditional brewers
Pros: Stylish, No more Mr Coffee, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Easy to use

Love my Platinum---even during summer

I really love using it this summer to make the iced tea. It is wonderful, I just grab a glass of ice, grab a k-cup press the button and wait for my tea to brew in a few seconds. Then you just stir and enjoy. I can't say enough about the iced tea. Love it!! Love it!!
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Durable, Multiple Settings
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

Awful brewer stay away! Run away!

This Brewer stinks! I have been a customer for many years going back to the 2nd generation brewer.my first brewer lasted many years with one replacement. This is my 3rd brewer of this model in 6 months. Stay away from this model.[...] It gives Keurig a bad rep.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Poor Quality, Unreliable

Great - for a little while

I have been the proud owner of a Keurig Platinum brewer for just under 2 years. In that time I have purchased over $500 worth of coffee from the Keurig website, and I've bought at least that much Keurig coffee pods from Bed Bath and Beyond as well. Now, my brewer has stopped pumping water. It started as a "descale" warning, which I quickly heeded by following the instructions included with my Keurig brewer. Even after descaling, the "descale" warning persisted. I went through 2 gallons of white vinegar over the course of a month, but still the descale warning would be shown. Then the brewer stopped giving me full cups of coffee. Now it has stopped working altogether.Since this product didn't even last 2 years, I am hesitant to purchase a new one. But I have a lot of unused coffee pods leftover. I'd like to continue drinking Keurig coffee, but principle will not allow me to pay full price for a new brewer. [...]

Machine needs improvements

I have the third machine right now, which failed within 6 month like my other ones before. Contacted CS, they replace it at no cost to me, which is great. There is definitely a problem with the pump or computer chip. But I fell in love with the Keurig system and would not go back to any other system, no matter how often I have to replace the machine.
Pros: Durable, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Fails within 6 month

Dissapointing

We loved the coffee maker while it worked for the first 8 months, all of a sudden the pump runs, but nothing comes out. Have called tech support and tried descaling, still no luck. Appears from reading other reviewes there is a real problem with this coffee maker, hopefully, Kuerig will fix the problems and create a GREAT coffee maker.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Unreliable

A real disappointment!

programming the cup size is messed-up. To get 9.+ size I have to hit brew 5 times. It will not stay on selected size!!!! Only used 2 1/2 months.
Pros: None
Cons: Program cup size

Love the B70 Keurig Coffee Maker

Our B70 Keurig Coffee Maker is over two years old and has never failed us yet. We use it everyday and have no complaints. We have purchased another for a gift and it is also working perfectly after a year. We would recommend this coffee maker to anyone. Would not want to be without it. K-cups are the way to go.
