Second machine stops working three days

Company needs to state they have a problem and repair it ASAP. Model is ideal but unit shuts off after making an Expresso sized cup. This machine is only three days old and is the second one to become defective within the past two weeks for me. I imagine this is why the Platinum model is off the list but Company can do better by acknowledging issue and sharing with us their plan to remedy and when because I want two more. I will be delighted to refer once we know the problem is solved. I am sure Customer Service is working overtime currently.
Pros: Great flavors, Easy to use, Durable, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Flexible choice of taste, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: MAJOR COMPANY DEFECT

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

We had the base model Keurig for a couple of years and decided to up grade our model to the platinum model. We have had to call to get a new brewer 3 times and the same problem with each brewer. Makes a couple cups and then stops filling the cups properly. There is clearly something wrong with the manufacturing of this brewer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I own two the Platinum and the Elite One at work and one at home. The Elite No problems. The Platimum I had to return "THREE TIMES" They keep telling me the ISSUE IS RESOLVED and yet I get product and issue IS NOT RESOLVED. I now see online that they are no longer selling product. This product needs to be recalled, it has a Major issue. All of their other lines are good they need to stand behind this one and solve the problem with their customers.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings
Cons: Fragile, Shuts OFF Constantly
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Keurig Slot Machine

This is a slot machine, sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn't. There is a problem with your machine, it makes coffee when it wants to. I try and make a cup but it either gives u half a cup or none at all. I have to shut it down and restart it and hope it will give me a cup. It is a great ideal, to get fresh coffee in under a minute, but since the defects with the pot it's more like 15 minutes. Sometimes i just give up and go to the local coffee shop to get a cup. For [$] i would expect a better product. Save your mone for Las Vegas, better odds.
Cons: Doesn't hold up

Terrible quality

We purchased two of these units in 2009, one for home and one for office. Now, in February of 2010 one doesn't work at all and one works intermittently. I am extremely unhappy about this and replacements are out of stock until April. Time for Keurig to step up in quality and customer service.

Product plugged up multiple times, even after descaling. Finally would not draw water in no matter how thoroughly it was cleaned. Would avoid at all costs.
Pros: Easy to use

As I said in a earlier comment about my Keurig Platinums that they do have a flaw with this machine, but as far as standing behind their product I was very impressed today when a represenative called me at home and inquired about the problems that I have had with the machine and apologized several times for the inconvience to me. This to me shows that the company is fully aware of problem and will stand behind the product until the problem is fixed which is VERY RARE in todays market. Hopefully the one I recieved a few days ago will have no problems but I was told if it does to call them immediately!!!! Thank you KEURIG
