Love at first cup.

Bought a Tassimo first, it was noisy,water not hot enough, small cups. THEN I bought the keurig and fell in love on my first cup. I can adjust my cup size, temperature, and taste buds. IT IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. Very quiet & fast. Can't say a bad thing about it. RUSH right out & get one, do yourself a favor.
Pros: Easy Water Fill, Fast, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable
Cons: Didn't Buy This First

I love it and my kids love it too! The variety of drink choices for me and them also are wonderful. The kids love the Swiss Miss coco and the brew over ice teas, lemonades and Snapple flavors. I love every flavor I've tried so far. I wouldn't trade for any other brand.

NO PROBLEMS IF YOU DO THIS-LOVE MINE

ok after our sons and I went threw Keurigs we figured out what needs to be done....right from the start. BUY THE WATER FILTER THAT FITS IN IT! They have one but sold separately. I know, I thought this is crazy we filter our water. But it works. We have had this unit for years. Our sons too. Before the filter, water stopped pumping or the unit just quit. Almost all other brands REQUIRE water filters to be added. Keurig does not but needs to...Its great love it, We drink coffee all day long. NO CONS HERE

Doesn't last and expensive to run

Coffee is very diminished in quantity after awhile! I only use reverse osmosis water in it! I keep it clean and still problems after buying two of them! It doesn't last long and the company will SELL me a new one at a discounted price! Be nice to make one that just lasts!?

I don't like coffee but love hot tea . I love that I can rinse between cups so tea doesn't taste like coffee.

Loved my Keurig now it's dead

We really liked this brewer, but it was very expensive and quit after only two years! Very disappointed since our $35 Mr coffee lasted about ten! We researched to trouble shoot the problem to see if it could be fixed, and found that it has a design flaw which allowed water to drip onto the motor so it corrodes until it stops altogether. Taking it apart to fix it was time consuming and no guarantee it could be fixed. The place I bought it would no longer exchange it. I am reluctant to purchase another until I am sure the flaw is fixed.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish
Cons: Broken After Only 2 Years, Pricey / Poor Value

It was like a good friend, until it could'nt draw anymore water. I purchased another Keurig but different model.

My husband and I use it daily. I wish it was easier to adjust the water temp to make cold drinks. Our older model didn't have as many options. We love this one. The water tank holds much more water than the other ones do. We have bought at least 5 for gifts for family and they too love the machines.
