HORRIBLE Quality Product

when it works the coffee is great. a different flavor with every cup if you wish or a consistent, fresh cup of your favorite cup of coffee. the machine is not well made. i am on my 4th brewer since february of this year. they work great for a time and then just quit. called customer service a week and a half ago and talked to a representative. i had already troubleshoot the machine. she put me on hold for about 15 minutes and came back on and indicated that the next level of customer service was not going to be available for awhile. they will call you back. well, they have not called me back yet in over a week. i will call them tomorrow and see what the heck is going on...
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: Fragile, Doesnt last, Customer service is bad

Like many customers my first B77 was replaced after only 3 mos.with the Platinum B70. Same problem pump not dispensing adequate amount of water, second brewer was received [...] GREAT customer service but this unit brewed less than 10 cups before going toes up and room temperature! I will attempt to contact customer service and see if we can resolve this problem. Wish me well and good luck if you're considering purchasing a Keurig.
Pros: Stylish

Great Brewer

Have had this brewer for 2 years now and has always worked well with no issues. We brew hundreds of cups per year with no issues. Great brewer.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Durable

I absolutely love my brewer. I was a little worried when reading some of the negative reviews, but a friend recommended it to me and I am so glad she did. I can not find anything bad to say about it and I have had it for almost a year. I clean it as recommended and use only bottled water as we have very hard water, I LOVE IT!

Great brewers - EASY fixes

I have bought 4 of these. Not because they don't work, but to gift to others. Was worried about reviews,but after calling support (great help) learned that the top water inlet can get clogged from pressurized cups. Cleaned with paperclip in 5 seconds, and started pressing the cups in before closing, never a problem again. Yes, seemed like it wasn't pumping water either.

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Machine doesn't last

On my 4th Platinum since late Dec 09. First one lasted 3 months, then the pump quit. Second one lasted 3 months, then the pump quit. Third one lasted 31 days, pump quit working properly and you couldn't change the cup size, it stayed on the large cup. Reset the machine and it still did the same thing. Called Keurig AGAIN and had to talk with a technition on what it was doing. They said they would send out another unit even though they sounded like they were getting a little testy about sending me another one. They didn't offer the two free boxes of K-cups for my troubles like they did in the past. I must be getting to costly for them. I just wish they would solve their problems with this machine and send one that will last. Oh yeah, they want the whole machine back this time not just the K-cup holder, waiting on a return lable. Did receive the 4th one today...29 July. I'm sure I will have to call them within the very near future. So far they have been good about the warranty, that's one good thing I CAN say and I thank them for that.

Beautiful Brewer that brews an excellent cup of Joe. The Customer service was amazing We had one of these and after 15 months of heavy use it gave out and I called Keurig. Even though the warrenty was 3 months past due they shipped me out a brand new brewer[...]No questions asked. I will always own a Keurig!!!!!!
