This machine is already broken! I have brewed maybe 15 k-ups!!!
Pros: Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great coffee, if it worked right !

Would love this brewer, if it actually kept working like it was supposed to. Bought first brewer at Christmas. That one started brewing different size cups, then stopped brewing altogether. Called Keurig, they were great. Got a replacement pronto. Sadly that one stopped working too, due to pump issues. Was promptly sent another brewer. Sad to say, THIS one is now beginning the SAME issues. Called tech support. NOT SO EASY this time. I was told its the k cup holders fault ( of which I have 3 from previous brewers ), or the coffee's fault. The k cups fault ? Nothing wrong with my brewer, even though it takes a while to even begin sending water out, or even though I get inconsistent cup sizes. Hey, if you average them together, everything is fine right ? Well, that's what I was told. I'm very frustrated and upset, and I'm NOT stupid. C'mon, the coffee's fault ?? Well, I am getting some coffee, and a new k cup holder..and all with be right with the world and my brewer. This brewer is still faulty, as I see from all the other reviews that say the same thing. I'm sure I will be calling support back. Do I recommend this brewer at this point, after all this trouble ? Not on your life ! My current brewer was only sent to me in April. All I want is a good cup of coffee, and a brewer that works correctly. Is that too much to ask ?

Cons: Inconsistant cup sizes, Doesn't hold up, Brew times get longer

only one problem..at times when wanting a small coffee, I will get about one quarter cup
Pros: Multiple Settings
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

Love Keurig, not this model

We use this coffee maker every day. My husband and I leave at different times of the morning and being able to brew our individual cups is fantastic. This model is much quieter than our first one, which woke me up when my husband brewed his coffee. Now to the downside, in 9 months time we have had two of these. Keurig replaced the 1st one without question. It just stops brewing even after descaling, using filtered water, and cleaning all the parts. Keurig customer service is great to work with, they gave me a credit towards a different model since I didn't want to keep going through the problems with this model. I'm hoping the Cuisinart model works much better than this model.

Cons: Stops brewing

Great...when it works

I used my coffee maker daily. I like that it's easy, it only makes one cup at a time, and it makes coffee fast. I have replaced my Premium Brewer four times in the last 16 months. I keep having different problems with them[...] I've had my current brewer for four and a half months and it stopped again yesterday. It's time to look for a new brand.

Keurig is a Keeper

I received this one cup brewer as a house warming gift. I was a little weary on the K-Cup idea. I thought that the coffee wouldn't be good, I couldn't get the coffee that I liked, and so on and so forth. I was completely wrong. It is so easy to operate and the coffees put the more expensive brands in competition. Now, I always have a fresh cup of coffee within arms reach. I love my Keurig!

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

If you read the owners manual there is no questions and is very user friendly. I would recommend the filter kit. LOVE IT! Buying for all my friends and family for Christmas!
