On my 3rd Brewer

I bought my first Keurig for my office and loved it so I bought one for home. It failed after about a month of use. It would brew one cup then not be able to draw more water. I was sent another brewer, no hassle, which was nice. But then the SAME EXACT problem happened with the new brewer! I have been sent another brewer and to be honest, I do not have high expectations for it. I'm glad I didn't toss my regular Krups coffee maker. It may have to take it's place back on the counter. IF these brewers were reliable they would be awesome. The coffee is expensive though and I wish the water could be hotter.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Not hot enough, Unreliable, Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

No coffee here

The Keurig company has replaced our original $200 pot twice and the third one still doesn't work. So disappointed.

Good Brewer

The only complaint I have about this brewer is that the temperature of coffee needs to be hotter. Cup of brewewd coffee gets cold to quick.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Coffee Temp

Great Customer Service

Purchased in 11/2009. About a month ago, started short cupping coffee, water running back into the reservoir, then stopped drawing water all together. Sent e-mail to Keurig, stating for the $$$ should last more than 18 months, received a fast response, at which time Keurig gave me a customer svc number to call. Rep. walked me through a troubleshooting session, to no avail. Keurig graciously & promplty replaced brewer. My mother & father had the same problem & rec'd the same response. Machines fail, and Keurig made it right. We will remain loyal Keurig customers!

This machine is a great idea!! Coffee tastes great, and is ready so fast!! But I only was able to enjoy this for about a week and a half. Now, after almost every cup I get an error "PRIME." I do what the manual says to do. But it happens again and again. Now I realize that I should not have ignored the negative reviews this product gets online!
Pros: Fast, Great taste, Easy to use

This is my sixth Platinum brewer ALL replaced by Keurig except one. They have a fabulous replacement policy. We are addicted to the fresh cup we get everytime. Their lifespans are getting shorter and shorter. Today I am getting my 3rd replacement in 1 year. I wish the technology would be flawless for the money....
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

love keurig but this model is unreilable

have owned older series keurigs for years never a problem . loved it gave it to my son when i wanted to upgrade to this sleek and muliple cup size unit. i am on my 3 unit. one i had for less than 5 months and it kept on not brewing unless we unplugged from the electrical outlet . very frustrating , 2nd unit came and very excited to see it had the brew over ice etc and had it 3 weeks and i brewed and prime came up several times only way to resolve was to lift off resovoir. which was full not empty.prime is not supposed to come up it is only there for initial set up. customer service is very nice but i am convinced that they have a quality controll problem . or the problem is where they are built. which ever the problem i hope they work on it. I hope i dont have any more problems i feel like a fool having to call them all the time.keurig please work on these problems or devout customers will look elsewhere for single cup machines, which is not what i am sure owners want to do. i just may go back to the simpler models. they seem much more reliable. sorry keurig i really an a great fan of your product. and tooted your praises for years.

Brewer didn't make it 6 months!

This morning I woke up to make coffee and the brewer just stopped working. I called customer service and they took me through some troubleshooting which proved fruitless. They are sending me a new machine at no cost to me . I am very happy with Keurig's Customer Service. It is Excellant. I only wish this machine was too. I hope the new one last longer than 6 months. As I do LOVE my Keurig coffee!
Pros: MAKES GREAT COFFEE, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Multiple Settings
