3 cups of jo, 7 days a week 365.i cant beleave all my coffee drinking freinds that have problems,i cant find a thing i dont like.i have never had one problem with my brewer.makes gret tasting coffee every time.if you clean it propaly you should have no problems at all.

Outstanding Brewer and Coffee Selection

This is a great product. I would like the ability to have hotter coffee instead of placing in the microwave after brewing. Many of the coffee makers today have a maximum temperature control after the single case where a McDonald's customer spilt hot coffee on herself and was burned by the hot beverage.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish

Expensive Disappointment

Unit quit working after about 16 months without warning, unit has a descale/clean warning built in but it never came on, great coffee while it was working but way to expensive to keep replacing, units are not repairable? What's with that? Poor engineering/design not to mention environmentally unfriendly! Very disappointing!

Cons: Fragile, Unreliable

I don't understand the negative reviews of this product. I've had this model for 3 years and have NEVER had a problem with the brewer. I use it every day and never turn it off. I have had occasional problems with the k-cups, but never with the brewer. I drink a lot of coffee and enjoy having a cup of flavored without having to make an entire pot. It's also great when friends are over and everyone can make their own flavor and strength selection. Some like it stronger than others and this model has plenty of cup size selections. I couldn't be happier - perfect one-cup brewer.

Love the coffee maker

I love the machine. I received it as a gift for x-mas in 2009. A couple of weeks ago it started not brewing a full cup of coffee. [...]I de-scaled it 3 times. I only use bottle water. They sent me a new one with 2 boxes of coffee free. After reading all the reviews, it looks like it will probably happen again. [...]I love the iced tea.

Do Not Recommend!

I received this brewer in December 2009 and have replaced it 3 times. The 1st brewer just stopped working and would not turn back on after descaling it. The second one would shut off in the middle of a brew cycle and brew partial cups. The third will only brew partial cups and the brew button has to be pressed more than once. I have a $30 brewer that has never given me problems like this one. I have asked for a full refund, but since I bought the first one from QVC, Keurig cannot give me one. Will not purchase Keurig products again!
Cons: Unreliable, HARD TO CLEAN, Bad Quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this coffee maker,but we have had problems we are waiting to receive a 2nd replacement do to the problems with the pump. Have to say the Keurig employees have been very kind and helpful when I have had problems! Thank You!

Never Again

Over the past 3 years, I have received a new replacement B70 brewer from Keurig about every 6 months. I love Keurig's coffee and also own a B50 which I have had for years and it still works just fine. When I initially purchased the B70, it failed on me and each subsequent B70 that has been shipped to me does pretty much the same thing. It works fine for about 6 monts and then becomes sluggish. So,,then when I clean the machine it either dies right away or in the case of this last one, the purge instruction came on, so referring back to the Keurig manual that came with the brewer I repeated the cleaning process. However this time, the vinegar came out cold from the brewer. Over the time I have owned the B70, I have had a dedicated line installed just for the brewer and have had that line checked and rechecked to ascertain that there was no issue. There is something wrong with this brewer, but personally, I am sick of fooling with it. If I am not mistaken, this was my 5th brewer. I put this last one in the trash, let Keurig know about the junk, and have been using my old reliable B50 since then. When it dies I will find another company that makes a reliable single-cup brewer. I will not buy another Keurig until they address the issues with these new brewers. Oh, forgot to mention that my daughter had a B60 that did exactly the same thing.

Cons: Very short life, Inefficient sensors, Electrical problem
