Great Idea-Poor Longevity

Great idea, but Keurig should market these as disposable coffee machines. Don't know how they can make such an expensive product that breaks so quickly. Yet to have one that lasted a year. We purchased two and are now on the third, which is a store warranty replacement, and it is now acting up after only four months. We religiously follow operating and cleaning/descaling procedures for all, but to no avail. Maybe they could give a free replacement machine for every twenty-five K-Cup box tops.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Greatest invention ever!

I usually don't drink coffee and my husband will occasionally make himself coffee or go buy at the local gas station. This makes brewing coffee fun, easy and enjoyable. And since I'm not a huge coffee drinker, I love how I can choose to brew hot cocoa. And My husband loves all the variety of teas there are. Definitely convenient for both of us.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable

Just got our first Keurig and it seems like a great buy. It is easy to use. I ordered White Chocolate hot chocolate and it is very good. I am concerned about the amount of negative reviews I have been reading. I would like to think that an expensive brewer like Keurig would last a long time.
Pros: Durable, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Easy to use, Stylish

Convenient but Slow

I purchased this so that I can have a cup of coffee on demand instead of making a full pot and having to wait the 15 minutes it took my coffeemaker to brew. My boyfriend has a Keurig and it brewed an entire 12 oz cup in less that 20 seconds. I liked the look of this brewer but it does take a full minute to brew. I'm not sure why Keurig couldn't make this brew faster like the older models.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: Doesn't Seem To Fill Cup, Slow

Love this machine

Keurig stands behind their product. Had issues with smaller machines-Keurig immediately replaced it at no charge to me. Have been using the big machine for some years now and works perfectly. cleaning it has never been an issue. If it clogs as some have stated-could be from hard water build up. Keurig clearly recommends using bottled or filtered water (which I use only). So clogging has never ever been a problem. My friends disregard this requirement and complain constantly that their machine doesn't brew correctly. would highly recommend this product, but would stress that you must follow the instructions !

I love a good strong cup of coffee. The Keurig is perfect for this without having to make a whole pot of coffee. Other household members are enjoying the variety of coffees, teas and hot chocolate.
Pros: Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Perfect For Hot Chocolate, Easy to use, Great For Coffee Tea, Perfect For Tea, All Household Is Happy, Great Coffee Every Time

Broken after 2 years :-(

Have LOVED this machine... until today. Thanksgiving and this is the day it decides to give up the ghost, flooding my counter. :-( I purchased the machine only two years ago!!! I wish I had read the reviews first as this seems to be a common complaint. At this price, I absolutely expected much, much more. If you like the convenience of the Keurig system, get a cheap machine... then you won't mind when you have to throw it out in a year or two (as long as you don't mind filling up our land-fills with worthless junk, that is).

Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN

great coffee maker for 15 months

The product concept is great but unfortunately this is my second unit and it too has failed after 15 months of use. Keurig does not and really should offer either a second year warranty or make a better product. Hands down when it works it is great but after approximately 15 months they seem to break. First one stopped pumping water, second one states it is not ready. Buyers should be aware of this before investing in this product.

Cons: Not At All Reliable
