The Ultimate Coffee Machine!

I have owned my Platinum for over 2 years and I am absolutely in love with it! I am on my second machine, but I was so pleased with Keurig when my first machine quit working properly, it was a week or so before the warranty expired...and they sent me a new one...with no cost to me at all! This machine has a few problems once in a while but it is still the best coffee maker ever! I think it is the Ultimate Coffee Machine! The only con to me is that it is hard to understand the directions to change settings (especially setting the off and on part) So I just leave mine on all of the time, and I use the highest setting...for one large cup in the morning. If it doesn't fill it completely, I just spin the coffee insert around and put it on the smallest setting to fill my cup. I use just bottled water in my machine....that part of building up anything is never a problem. I also wash the water container out with soap and water every once in a while to keep it fresh! I tell everyone I know how much I love my Keurig...I have purchased them for gifts for my family and friends and am a true believer in this product!
Pros: Stylish, Convenient, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings
Cons: Complicated

I have read some of the reviews. This is so simple to use and clean everyday I cannot understand why anyone would think this is difficult. I have had this unit over a year and still love it. No more fussing with a coffee pot then having to clean it yuk! This machine streamlines my morning routine.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Durable
Cons: Could brew a bit hotter

I am getting my second replacement brewer from Keurig. I am grateful for a company who stands behind their products. I first owned the B60 which I took to my daughters house so I could have a good cup coffee during our visits. This brewer is still running strong after 3+ years. Then purchased this model. On both brewers there has been a pump failure. So my third brewer is in route. Hopefully the problem has been resolved. Again I am glad to be a Keurig customer and will continue to do business with this company. We have this brewer in my office at work which they purchased on my recommendation. So no I am a little hesitate to recommend this model.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worth Every Penny!!!

My Husband and I use this machine everyday. Our daughter uses it occasionally for hot apple cider or hot cocoa. After we figured out the cup sizes with regards to our cups/mugs we were ready to go. We don't always leave for work at the same time and this brewer has been fantastic. No one gets the old coffee from the pot anymore. We have the filter and adapter to use our own coffee and we use the k-cups. The temp is adjustable so it's always just right for us. The variety of k-cups is the best! We used filtered water and have not had any problems with scale or deposits.
Pros: Durable, Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

I love my Platinum,it is so easy to use.Had one problem Prime kept showing! Customer service was very helpful,after trying to fix it they sent us a new one.You get to keep your old one till the new one arrives (about one week)You just send back the cup holder.How easy!!

I am so disappointed. I am on my 5th machine. They just stop working! I, like others, have tried everything. They last 4-5 months then I have the buy a new one! I have to find a better brand.

They just die

I drink a lot of coffee I just had two of these brewers die on me in a two-year time-span. I started with the Elite model several years ago. That first brewer is at my in-laws and still works like a charm. Why can't Keurig make the more expensive and elite model last like the cheap ones?? Come on Keurig get with it. If you're looking for a durable brewer, the Elite is the one to go with but it's just not as fancy as this model and you can program much but it works and keeps working.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Does not last long
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sweet machine, needs tweaking though

Read the manual, and play with the controls with just hot water.. real easy to use then. Love the big LCD screen, really enhances the production of coffee. Don't like not being able to tweak the cup sizes, might be a Canadian thing, but all the pre-programmed cup sizes all give between 50% and 75% cup fulls. Especially the travel mug setting, I have to do the brewing twice to fill either of my 15 oz or 20 oz travel mug.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Stylish, Fast
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, No internal H2O filter, Can't program cup sizes
