Unfortunately, this two week old brewer has been powering itself down since day one.

This machine worked for about 30 days and then started to turn off after each use regardless of the auto shut off settings. This malfunction makes all of the time related settings useless. I enjoyed the wide variety of coffees and the filter cup insert to brew my favorite fresh ground beans. [...]

trouble with Platinum

I am on my third Platinum. The first one worked fine for about nine months then one day just stopped drawing water. Called Keurig customer service, they sent us a new one, this one worked for about two days and then started doing the same thing. Keurig again sent us a new one, this one wokrked fine for about a week and then also stopped drawing water.. This is getting ridiculous, I used to LOVE my keurig, now I am so frustrated with it I dread making my coffee. I am thinking of trying a different brand of coffee maker if keurig doesn't fix this defect.

Got my Platinum brewer for Christmas and like the other reviews stated worked three weeks, and then would brew one cup and shut itself off. They did quickly send out a replacement. Hope this one last longer for the money we paid!

Shuts off after brewing 1 cup

There is an issue with this machine, it works great for about 3 weeks and then it starts shutting off after 1 brew and you have to turn the machine back on. This is not an isolated problem. My friend also got this machine for Christmas and hers did the same thing after 3 weeks. There are plenty of posts from others having the same issue. This is a problem that needs to be resolved because for the money it is frustrating that it does not work properly. When it was working properly....I loved it!!

I have purchased 6 brewers. The pump is not working on mine. I think this could have been avoided if Keurig had answered my email in two business days as they say they will. Customer service for a customer who has been very loyal will make or break a company. I am interested in reliability. I see you no longer offer that.

Great Coffee, easy to use

Loved the concept - saw the basic model in a hotel and bought the Platinum model for Christmas. We use the AUTO features and filtered water from the Frig. It was great in all respects until mid-Jan. Then it did what other reviews mentioned - AUTO on in AM, brews one cup, then shuts off. Watching it closely, it would brew the first cup, then be unable to draw water from the reservoir so it shut down - did it everytime. Turn it off then on, and again one cup then off. Reading the manual, it calls for cleaning every 3 months...but it was new (?), but we loved the coffee it produced and it was the weekend... so, we cleaned it per the instructions - it worked! Haven't had a problem since. We brew around 6-8 cups each morning and a couple in evening. Hardest part of the K-cup experience for us was finding the right K-cup product as we both have different tastes - :)

Second Brewer in a row that has failed

I have had to have my second B77 brewer ( the exclusive [...]model) replaced after it just stopped working. Stopped drawing water and would just shut off. I see by the reviews I am not the only one. Very disappointed. Keurig is replacing it, but 2 in a row seems to indicate a problem. My B77 replaces my original B100 that I had for ten years without an issue until the boiler stopped functioning. So, needless to say, I am very frustrated with the quality of the new models. Quality of the product keeps me from recommending it. Hopefully three is a charm.
