Great machine & coffee but unreliable.

This unit worked great for about 3-4 months until one day it stopped working. It sounded like the water pump had trouble pumping. Called customer service and they are sending me a new one within a week which is great! A++ customer service, one of the best I've seen.However, my only problem is that it seems that a lot of people are having this problem and that I will have it again. I really wish they would fix it, especially with so many customers dealing with it. I would recomend a different model and to stay away from this one, seems to be the defective one.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: Fragile, Unreliable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent time saver

I love Keurig! I love that I can brew a cup whenever I want and don't waste half a pot! It's so convenient for us in the morning and saves us from by coffee from a gas station! We've only had it for a week now and haven't had to clean it yet but so far I just love it!

Great little machine. We use bottled water for it and that may be the difference. No problems at all and we drink alot of coffee.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Easy to use

Item does not last even 1 yr. On my 3rd unit. Allot of people have trouble with these units. They keep giving away replacemnet units so people will still buy the coffee.
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love it but this is my fourth brewer. All have had different problems, one leaked in the water reservoir tray, one the pump quit, the last one made it a year and one morning it just had no power. On #4 now, if this one has problems I may consider doing something different.

Love the Concept

Great concept. Beats making a whole pot of coffee and only drinking half of it. Make one cup in less than a minute and go. It is consistent and brews great coffee but its just a matter of time as to when it will stop working. I have had 3 brewers so far, one of which is is no longer made and the replacements were upgraded to the next available model. Currently awaiting brewer #4. Brewer #3 lasted 5 months despite being cleaned 3 times since "purchase". It is good to know that Keurig will stand behind their product, but it is an inconvenience to know that this will happen but the question is "when". Can the issue be fixed?

I love the Keurig system and coffee! The service is the best. Keurig replaces my broken machines when needed! You don't get better than this. However, improvements in the system are needed. I've had a brewer since 2009 and this is my third machine. It's frustrating when the machine breaks down even though I've followed all the recommended maintenance on it. I've come to rely on the machine so when it doesn't work we go without coffee and tea. I find it frustrating to have to repeat all my information to the person who answers my call and then again to the technician. The technicians don't know all the same tricks to the machine, either. Each time I call I find out a new one. If I knew them all, I may not have to call at all. I have an industrial machine at work and that thing is fabulous! It is used constantly all day long. I think in the few years we've had it, it has had to be replaced twice, but the company picks it up and puts in a new one. There isn't multiple phone calls to try to repair it. We just get a new one. I'd love to have the industrial one at home. Anyway...regardless of all the snags, I wouldn't want another system again. I'll just keep hoping that the machines continue to improve and that the Keurig service team stays the same!

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

We are on our fifth in two years ( to their credit they keep replacing it ). How a company can continue to produce and sell a product with a defective pumping system is beyond me. Save your money.
