Why didn't I buy this soon

After 30 years of making coffee in a regular drip coffee maker, I decided to give this a try. I was spending $4 a day getting gourmet coffee on my way to work. This tastes better than my $4 gourmet cup! And using spring water gives it an incredible, fresh taste.
Pros: Fresh crisp, Wonderful taste
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have had this Brewer for almost 3 years. It has worked perfectly with no flaws. I would buy another. The wife loves this one cup system over the over brands on the market.
Pros: Wife love the coffee, Quick, Turns onoff with timer, Easy
Cons: Have not found any yet

Three Times A Charm?

Original machine purchased in January of this year. Failed in May and was replaced. That machine lasted until September, when it started to short fill, then totally fail. Now just got machine #3- we'll see. And yes, I descale religiously, only use filtered water, etc... When it works it works great and is perfect for the way we use coffee here in my home. But for heaven's sake, please get the defects worked out. I would recommend this to a friend, with a strong warning about potential mechanical issues with the brewer.
Pros: Convenient, Variety
Cons: Problematic

GREAT-When it works

This is a great machine when it works. I have had it for about a year and the brewer is being replaced for the second time. [...]. I would love it if it only worked right.
Pros: Easy to use, Makes Good Coffee, Many brew sizes
Cons: Unreliable

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this machine!!! My very loyal $90 coffee maker from our wedding broke after 6 years, so was going to just replace it. Was at the store, replacement in hand, and stopped at the Keurig display. Was so intrigued, I bought the Keurig instead! Was a little nervous paying up for a coffee maker (is it really worth the extra $$? YES!). But have loved it ever since! Took me a week to adapt to not having that "extra coffee" around in the pot, but I realized I dumped out what I didn't drink any way. With this machine, I always have fresh hot coffee!!! My husband loves it that we can drink different kinds of coffee...he is a full body french roast guy, I am a decaf medium body (and occassionally a flavor). We entertain a lot, so it's fun to offer fresh coffee, and let our friends/family choose what they are in the mood for. You will NOT be disappointed! I don't have a family or friend that doesn't own one of this machines because of how much I loved mine...have also bought for wedding and birthday gifts! They are in all of our work offices now as well...and at less than $.50 a cup, it's worth it!
Pros: Yummy, Easy to use, Quick
Cons: Give it a week

"Money saver"

My husbad is the only coffee drinker in the house and he loves it. Coffee doesn't go to waste and if I ever have the taste for coffee, I just grave a cup and push the bottom and is ready less than a minute! Its really time saver! The only think I will change is that I will like for it to have a switch where if I want to add more hot water to my coffee I could.
Pros: Eassy, Fast

Not so hot

I bought the Platinum knowing that it has problems (reviews and friends that have them and complained about things going wrong with in weeks or two) but wanted to give the model a try. The hottest setting, 192° is consistently giving me 169° coffee and the other settings cooler from there. My husband and I both like our coffee HOT. It is being returned tomorrow.
Pros: Convenient
Cons: 192° is cool 169°
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good coffee but ....

It makes a great, quick cup of coffee without the pot of coffee that you always seem to dumped later. BUT, our first unit started to short cup randomly and then the pump failed. Our second unit is starting to have pump failure now too. Wish they'd last more than 9 to 12 months.
Pros: Fast, Good Coffee, No wasted coffee
Cons: Short cupped us, Pump failed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
