I love my Keurigs!

I own FOUR Keurig Brewers! I bought an Elite for home for three different users and liked it so much, that I bought another Elite for my office. Then, I bought my boyfriend a Mini for his office. Now, we upgraded the home Elite with a Platinum, so he took that Elite to his office and my mom will get the Mini. I love the iced teas and hot cocoas. Thank you Keurig!
Pros: Easy to use, Time-saver, Convenient

I try not to think about what my life was like before my Keurig! Its perfect in everyway! I have had it for 2.5 years! and EVERYBODY! I mean EVERYBODY has one in our family!

Great home brewer with numerous features

This is my second Keurig machine after the entry level unit which was so noisy that it was waking up my kids in the morning! I use this machine in my home on a granite surface. It's easy to setup and fill. The timer feature is very handy when waking up in the morning - no waiting for the long start-up until the unit is ready to brew. The auto-shutoff gives me peace of mind when I'm rushing out the door. The pump has been revised to be fast and very quiet; just a hum is heard after the coffee is brewed. Now the kids stay asleep! That alone makes this unit a winner. It's well made and hasn't given me any problems. I wish it had a hotter temp than the current max, but it's not that big a deal. I find that I often clean it in order to maintain the best tasting coffee and to ensure proper operation. Grinds tend to accumulate around the k-cup lid under heavy use. I use a can of air to blow them away. All-in-all I think this unit is excellent and I highly recommend it!

Cons: Must clean often, Max temp could be hotter, Long initial power-up

When you want a easy cup of coffee

I use mine when I want a cup of coffee and not a whole pot. It's so easy, just pick a coffee pod of your choice, pop it in and in about 30-45 seconds a great, hot cup of coffee

I bought two of these machines at over 2oo dollars each. Within a year, they wouldn't work. Never again. The idea is great but they just couldn't get it to work properly. They should be prosecuted for offering these units for sale.

Cons: Don't waste your money, Don't waste your time

Not a good product

I am on my third brewer as of this week. I bought the first one 2 yrs ago. After 9 months, it stopped brewing the correct amount.[...]Here is is 13 months later, and it is again, doing the same thing.[...] I'm so frustrated with this model. I wish I bought a different one. It seems this is the only model with problems [...] Check out the other reviews.

Cons: Loud, Breaks after 6 mos, Doesnt brew correct amt

I love not having to boil the kettle, but,.. I thought I was alone in having a machine that shuts off, doesn't brew, dispences varied water amts, not so hot water. I thought that I must have done something wrong, but after reading the reviews, I realize that it's the machine, not user error. So after it brews, I put it in the microwave and heat it up.
Pros: No kettle to boil
Cons: Shuts off brew time

POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bought the Platinum. Broke after maybe 20 cups of water for tea. Called because machine said not ready. Was told the machine could not be fixed but they would keep my information and if I called back I could get a discount on a choice of 2 machines. THrew out old machine! Conveniently KEURIG lost their documented communication so there is no discount. This was after hours on the phone with KEURIG. There is one documented communication but not the one with the serial number. Read all of your terrible reviews! NIce concept but are they just designed to break? POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
