Terrible product....DONT BUY

I would not recommend this coffee maker, less than a year and doesn't work anymore. I have a Cuisinart and LOVE it very much, I wouldn't buy a Keurig ever again.
Cons: I would not recommend, Fragile, Does not work well, Descaled doesn't work

It is so nice to have a fresh cup of coffee in a minute or less! We also love the hot tea and the apple cider!! At first I thought this may turn into one of those "gadget" buys. Those that get used at first then just take up space! NOT! We use this more than our regular coffee pot! Love it!! I've recommended it to everyone I can.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Stylish, Durable, Multiple Settings

The idea is great but we figured we spend 450.00 per year on pods with a discount. If we paid full price it would be 900.00. Just can't justify going back to grinding our own beans. Also ours has broke 4 times they are very good about replacements but 4??

This is the second brewer that I have had in the past 6 months. I have reset the machine… (That has worked in the past) I have DE-SCALE the machine, cleared the "nipple" that pierces the k-cups, The machine acts like it is going to brew but when you hit the start button the display shows "brewing" however, nothing happens! I would like a reliable machine! The [$] I spent on this machine was good hard earned money… I expected Keurig to work longer than 5-6 months.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: Unreliable

I got my Keurig back in November of 2009 and I LOVE this machine, I have told everyone I know how great it is, I used to get [...]s everyday and wasn't a big fan of brewed coffee prior to owning my machine...it is just so fresh.Recently I had a problem with my machine, it stopped brewing. I tried everything to get it to work including the paper clip, descaling etc. and finally called customer service. They were incredibly helpful and went through troubleshooting and in the end told me they would extend my warranty and send me a new machine. I am so impressed with the caliber of professionals at Keurig and Frank, the tech, was incredibly helpful as well. I am a big believer both in this machine but also the quality service Keurig provides!!!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use

This machine is a great concept. And I love what it does, when it works. I will be receiving my 4TH brewer in 14 months. Each time only getting 3-4 months of life before it would either start short cupping, not drawing water from the reservoir, or just not brewing all together! The only reason our second one lasted so long was because it was summer, and we don't use it as often. I love the product but they should've been more on top of the build. And it's a shame there isn't another model to downgrade too, and that Cuisinart's model isn't available for exchange. I own the B76 model. I have family who has other models, and they have no issues. Other than this awful machine, I love Keurig!

Makes a Super Cup of Coffee!

I have coffee at least 3 or 4x a day. Then the kids come over and have coffee too - of course out of Dad's great coffee machine! And Dad has a lot of different coffee choices to pick from. But after five monhts of use it would not wake up and brew coffee - it said it was but nothing happened. Press the brew button again and so far by the 3rd time it would brew and would continue to brew from then on - as long as it did not go into sleep mode. [...]Simply outstanding coffee flavor!
