Nothing but Problems with brewer

I love the K-cups and the choices that I have with Keurig but this brewer is nothing but problems. From the time I broke it until the replaced it with a new one 2 times customer service just tries to trouble shoot the issue when I knew from the beginning tha the brewers were defective. I would not recommend getting this brewer.
Pros: Multiple Settings

I bought this for a Christmas present for my family, wasn't sure how it would be received, but it has been a HUGE hit. You can have a cup of coffee, tea, cocoa or whatever your pleasure @ any time. So easy to use. I thought I started w/a lot of K-cups...but time to reorder :-) I would DEFINITELY recommend this to anyone!!
Pros: Durable, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

quit working after only one year

my wife bought the B70 model a year ago (christmas time) at a local retail store when it was on sale. it was way over-priced compared to our previous coffee maker but the selling point for my wife was that the B70 makes individual cups of coffee so we wouldn't brew more coffee than necessary. a month ago it suddenly stopped brewing full cups and even though the display DID NOT show the "de-scale" message, i did it anyway because that seemed to be the only fix the keurig manual recommended. that fixed the problem but a month later it quit brewing full cups again. again "de-scale" was not shown on the menu display. i again de-scaled the coffee maker TWICE and it still doesn't brew a full cup. i even left the vinegar in the machine OVERNIGHT and it still didn't solve the problem. for the price, the B70 should have lasted more than just one year.
Cons: Fragile, Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my second brewer in less than a year and a half. The first brewer gave out 3 days after the warranty expired and Kuerig did nothing about it. So I figured I would buy another thinking some of the kinks were worked out. Well to say the least I have purchased another 3 weeks ago and the pump goes into a prime state atleast 3 times a day. I am very dissapointed in Kuerig and the money I have blown on such a poorly made, unreliable product. If you have [$] to throw away every year then I would get one. I will never purchase from this company again. FYI I use filtered water and follow all cleaning instructions and Kuerigs response to a faulty pump is to descale it after less than 3 weeks of ownership? You be the judge

Read reviews on the internet and listen to them. I decided to purchase an elite model even after reading all the negative reviews of them not brewing properly after a while. Well, after 13 months of use nothing. It turns on and says ready to brew. I push the brew button and it spits out maybe a teaspoon of water. Thats it. Trust me, there is a design flaw that they are not addressing.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Wont brew after a while

I couldn't be happier with this machine! I am not even a coffee drinker and ordered this because of the multiple uses such as tea, hot chocolate, cider and hot water even for regular tea bags that aren't K-cups. I didn't want the coffee to go to waste because I received 48 K-cups with my purchase so I did eventually try them and mind you I am not a coffee drinker...I do have to say I was kinda diggin' on the Green Mountain Breakfast Blend and the Donut Shop Coffee from Coffee People, I didn't notice much of a bitter taste that is what usually keeps me away from coffee, now I am kinda excited about trying new coffee K-cups! I also use the water filter (included in order) in combination with water from our reverse osmosis system...what could be wrong with double filtered water??? No problems there either. I can't stop singing its praises to all we know!
Pros: Durable, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

TWELVE MONTH WONDER & THEN CAPUT

Got our 1st Keurig as 2009 Christmas gift. Started having multiple problems in Dec 2010 despite cleaning, descaling, etc. Received replacement since unit was under warranty. Same thing happened with 2nd unit in Dec 2010. It was hit or miss on dispensing & when it did, beverage was luke warm. Display panel would go dark. It finally quit altogether. Only two people used the brewer, so it's not a case of it being overused or abused. Based on our experience, brewers are only good for a year & then you start having problems.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish
Cons: Not durable, HARD TO CLEAN, Fragile

What a piece of poop

What a piece of poop. We're on our 4th unit and they keep quitting. After the 1st failure we had to wait almost 6 months to get a replacement. Since then customer service has been usually friendly, but the machines still quite pumping. The service technicians don't call back or give useless information. Most recently one hung up on my wife when she complained, asking for another replacement.
