best thing i have ever owned. lots of diffrent coffees to try. like having my own starbucks in my house. have turned many friends on to KEURIG

[...] It take less than a minute for a cup of coffee, I like the fact that I can ground my own coffee or use the K-cups, and my kids love the hot chocolate.

No better maker on the Market

I've had my Platinum Brewing System for 2 weeks now and this is the best Coffee Maker I've ever had,Easy to Setup,Easy to Clean,Looks great on the counter and most IMPORTANT, Makes a GREAT cup of coffee ANYTIME, EVERY TIME.

I bought the Keurig B70 for my wife as an xmas gift. She loves this machine and shows it off to all and so far 3 of our friends bought it. Why i decided to buy this was everytime we made a pot of coffee in the old Mr. Coffee which just went out in the trash today no matter how careful you were pouring the water in it spilled everywhere plus we wasted alot of coffee. Now we wake up the brewer is ready just pick your flavor and push the brew button and in like 30 seconds you have a perfect cup of coffee and no mess to clean. I have read of people saying that it is loud I think what they might hear is there nieghbors coffee pot running. The Kcups could be a little cheaper but you do get a great cup of coffee or tea which my wife loves the chia latte I have not tried yet cause she wont let me.

The amount of coffee grinds in the K Cup is perfect as we used to drink 2-3 cups of coffee everyday but with the Keurig we find we are very satisfied with one cup. I love the fact the system leaves no grind or coffee spills. It is perfect for a clean freak like me.

I got a B77 Platinum brewer for Christmas. Within a week, it sporadically started being unable to draw water from the reservoir and would shut down. It does not need descaled, it is not clogged, the pump simply is unable to draw water. I returned my first machine, and got a new one. Within days I was having the same problem. It doesn't happen every time, but it happens regularly. I've found it is more likely to be unable to draw water after I've brewed an extra strong k-cup. I can resolve the problem by thunking the reservoir down to force water into the pump. But for a [$] machine, this is unacceptable. Do a search online, there are many people having this same problem - I think it has to do with the new quiet pump technology. It is a great concept, I just wish they could resolve this problem. [...] tells me they have had many machines returned for this issue.

we love the coffee maker. It started turning off randomly. Cust service is non exisitent. Buy it from a store. At least you can walk it in!!!!

machine shuts off by itself and wont fill for another cup.brews one cup then shuts off. i have to wait 1 hour for it work again.
