Love the machine

Bought my Keurig from QVC just after Thanksgiving, and love the product. It is great for just one cup of coffee and takes only a very short period of time to brew fresh, hot and easy. The only thing I have not yet received my free 48 cup of coffee, and it has been 2 months. Love the machine.
Pros: Durable, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Easy to use

I am in love with my Keurig!

I am a hard-core coffee drinker.I also live alone.This machine is perfect for me! I love how fast I have a great cup of coffee, with no preparation or having to clean out the pot and coffee grounds.I recommend the water reservior and multiple cup sizes(i have the platinum)These features make it worth the few extra dollars.The only con is weaker coffee with larger cup sizes, such as travel mugs.So, i just use the xtra bold varieties.

I LOVE this coffee brewer. I drink coffee constantly but can't stand when the coffee in the pot sits and just isn't fresh anymore. Putting your coffee in the microwave is blasphemy. With this brewer every cup is fresh and hot and you can change your roast and flavor everytime! It's saving me counter space too, I've put the teapot away in storage. No need to heat up hot water anymore its there at a push of a button. I loved it so much I bought the office one. You will NOT be disappointed!

Love it, the Water Temp. could be Hotter

I have the Platinum Brewer, I wouldn't recommend a less quality one, the Platinum has a larger water holding tank and enough brew sizes for every cup. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE THE BREW TEMPERATURE, IF YOU ADD MILK OR CREAM TO THE COFFEE IT'S JUST NOT HOT ENOUGH AND my original plan was to use it for both coffee and tea, but the water was not hot enough for making tea. I purchased the mini filter which saves on costs, I am pleased with the filter, I don't think any other coffee maker sells a filter for using your own coffee.

I am an everyday coffee drinker. I used to buy coffee pots every couple of years or so, but since I've purchased my platinum brewer I refuse to not only use any other brand of brewer but coffee as well! I program it to brew at a certain time every morning. I guess the only thing that I can think of that would make this brewer even more spectacular, if that is even possible is that the device had an automatic cream and sugar dispenser that would dispense at the press of a button or even have a feature that can be programmed to dispense a premeasured amount.
Pros: Super Fast Brewing, Stylish, Brewer always ready, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, No wasted coffee, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Perfect taste everytime, No Waste
Cons: Fragile, No descaling setting

My Favorite Mommy Accessory

I love my Keurig Plantinum brewer. My husband bought it for me over a year ago and we both LOVE having it. My favorite feature is the timer setting - it is on when I get out of bed in the morning and turns off (when I might otherwise forget to hit the off button). I love the variety of K cups available, and being able to use the My K-Cup feature allows me to brew my favorite blends that aren't yet available in Kcups. This has been my Favorite Mommy Accessory so far!

Great When It Works

I bought this on a tv shopping channel in December of 2009. It worked great for about 6 months and then it started having brewing issues. I de-scaled it and it worked fine. Last week, one month out of my 1 year warranty it just stopped working. It won't brew anything, I have de-scaled it again about 5 times and still nothing. [...] I am now waiting for someone at Keurig to help me or tell me that I need to buy another $150 coffee maker, which I absolutely will not do. I have a single serving Keurig at work that works great and I hope they stand behind their product so I can continue to be a loyal customer. So far, it isn't looking too good.
