In love with Keurig!

This was my first Keurig purchase after using my Mother's while on vacation at her house. I fell in love with the ease of Keurig's use, the style, and convenience of single cup brewing. I have not had any problems with it and love the new "quiet brew"! My husband and are are seasonal campers and every time we went camping, my Keurig came with us. Until now...I just purchased another one just for the camper! You won't be disappointed in this Keurig...I hope you enjoy it as much as I have! Enjoy!
Pros: Durable, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Stylish

Great Concept, Product, Company

We love everything about this machine and the product, except what others seem to have found - it shuts off for no reason, it doesnt brew a full cup. The customer service dept is awesome, and after three calls, they are sending a new one. I hope it works cuz we do love having the Keurig
Pros: Easy to use, Great Customer Service, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Conversation Piece, Stylish, Fun to Have, Delicious coffee, Multiple Settings
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Unreliable, Frustrating

I love this machine...when it's working

This machine is awesome! when it works:-) I actually like this machine so well that I purchased 5 of them, 3 of which were gifts. I have had problems with 2 of them in the last 12 months. Keurig has EXCELLENT customer service and has quickly replaced both of them. Other than the inconvenience of having to bring the one in from the motorhome while waiting to receive my replacement from Keurig, I have no complaints. I'm a loyal user who keeps hoping that Keuring will be able to continue to 'perfect' the machine as time goes by. I noticed some small changes on the new machine which shows me that Keurig is making an effort to make the machine perform better. Until then, they have no problem honoring the machines warranty! I would give this product 5 stars if I hadn't had 2 that stopped working.
Pros: Variety, Easy to use, Convenient, Fast, Always ready, Stylish
Cons: Stops working too often

Sophisticated and Practical !!!

This machine is great! When I first got it, I used it right away. After a few days I experienced some inconsistencies between cycles. It seemed to get stuck between the water pump and heating element. Then, after a few minutes it reprocessed it self. The key, is to turn it off after use and then when you want to use it again, turn it back on and let it reset it self to the ready mode. If you keep it on all the time the water will cool down and the machine may get confused with the internal thermostat. TURN IT OFF WHEN YOUR DONE USING IT, and it will operate accurately most every time.
Pros: Easy and quick
Cons: Requires use of brain

I am on my 3rd brewer of this type in 10 months and now it's broken. [...] I have done all of the troubleshooting things (after 4 brewers you get good at it).I wished I could get my money back but that is only available the first 30 days of purchase. [...]I can't emphasize enough how bad this product is. It is absolutly wonderful when you first get it. You get hooked on the easy quick cup of great coffee and then reality sits in. I have not had one of these models work longer than 3 months and I only use distilled water.I purchased one for my sister last Christmas and her machine has had to be replaced also. It makes a GREAT cup of coffee when it works. I am going take my loss and look around for a different brand or if not; then I will go back to my old drip one. At least that one is dependable and I get my cup of coffee each morning [...]

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Not dependable, Piece of junk

I just bought it to make coffee for friends when they come over. Now I use it for everything now.

I just purchased the platinum brewer....I love it! I can't believe how quiet it is. I love the fact that I now have multiple cup sizes to choose from. I also like the fact that I can brew iced coffee. I also own a Keurig B60 that is still working just fine..it will be moving to my office so I can have great coffee in both places. Keep up the good work Keurig!!

Nice Brewing System

I use the B-70 mostly on weekends. I have had the product for about 3 weeks and I really like it. It heats up faster than I thought it would and it does have some noise while heating but not a biggie since it only lasts about 1 minute. It is very easy to clean. The hardest part so far is sorting through all the flavors to see which one I like.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Heats up fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
