The compnay should add resources for customer service since the retailers do not offer service. Need to get rid of the brewer when we have a problem. No problem solving option...
Pros: Good when it works
Cons: Unavailable cust service

This is a love/hate relationship.. I just had to get a second replacement sent in a year. The good thing is there is a one year warranty, the bad thing is, customer service gripes about it. I basically got blamed for my machine quitting after 8 months. It worked fine one day, quit the next. You are supposed to clean the brewer with vinegar and I did not do it.(I do use purified water only) Shame on me, however there is also supposed to be a warning indicator if mineral build-up starts to interfere with the brewer. Well that thing is pointless!! If it doesn't warn you before there is a problem, then I guess that is Keurig's fault... Anyway, not sure that was the problem anyway, but that is what customer service insisted. I do not think that I will buy another one after this warranty runs out.
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

I have been through so many coffee pots and since I make coffee so much the pot burns out. I have not had a problem with this brewing machine yet and I dont intend to since its wonderful!! I AM ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE WITH MY KEURIG!!!!!

Great machine with filter

I repeatedly had issues with keurig machines until my plumber told me that the reason the water pump stops working is due to hard water. Apparently it's awful for machines like this. He told me that the new ones have a filter that you can buy for them and that it would make a world of difference. My average machine lasted 6 months to a year until I bought a filter. I've had this machine for over two years now and have had no problems throughout that time. I kept buying them because they make a great cup of coffee in no time with ease. I thought that the machines were of poor quality until I bought the filter and now realize that it was my water source that was the issue all along. I love these machines and I will continue using the For as long as they are made.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use

I think I should have had a Tassimo

My sister has a Tassimo and her machine can do so much more than the Keurig. I have the Platinum model so maybe it's that I did not purchase the correct model but when you set your cup size, it never seems to fill the cup and you cannot add extra water like Tassimo. A Tassimo can whip up a cafe mocha, skinny late, whatever,..if this rig can do that, I have no idea how.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Christmas Gift!

Well my sister had a Keurig and loved it, I thought she was nuts lol My mom got her's and was crazy about hers and I thought she was nuts as well...so of course, when I had my first cup of coffee out of my mom's I fell in love! My mom bought it for me as a gift, and my hubby and I have used it several times a day every day since we've gotten it :) We even share the Keurig experience with our single soldier friends that come over to eat with us! We love that we don't have to make a whole pot of coffee and that we can have our own flavors! My hubby loves his strong and I like mine on the lighter side and of course the kids get the Hot Cocoa :) SO apparently I have fallen into the afore mentioned "nuts" category and wouldn't have it any other way! I have recommended ALL of my friends that don't have one to get a Keurig!

Best coffee EVER !

Have always loved fresh ground/fresh brewed coffee but it required extra work & cleanup. The Cuisinart with the built-in grinder was terrific but burned out after only 2 years of use. When my son moved out, I got the smallest pot available but still threw out coffee because it sat too long on the burner plate. This Keurig is my birthday/Christmas gift to myself and it is just wonderful - easy, clean, quick, quiet - and the very best coffees I've ever enjoyed. Have been trying some of the variety packs to narrow in on a couple of favorites - but that is difficult because almost all of them are exceptional.
