Quiet, Quick, and Easy

The B70 has been in daily use in my kitchen for over a year. One of my favorite aspects is being able to choose from variety of great coffees each day and with each cup. No longer am I stuck with drinking an entire pot of one coffee type. What a pleasure to choose a coffee to fit my mood as the day progresses. The auto-off timer makes for energy savings by shutting off the unit when not in use. Having a larger water resevoir is nice but I do wish it could be plumbed directly to a water supply. The screen shows the status of the brewer as well as cup size selected. Five selectable cup sizes gives it more flexibility for brewing. My B-70 has the platinum finish which goes great with the stainless steel appliances in my kitchen. The blue screen and illuminated water tank give it a very high-tech appearance.

We use our brewer everyday. We got it last Christmas and it recently stopped working... We were so frustrated--- but 5 minutes with customer service and they honored the warranty, no hassle and are shipping us a new brewer as a replacement! We are thrilled with the service and our entire Keurig experience. Customers for life, no doubt!!!

Great machine

This is a great product, we love it and use it daily. I have the timer set during the day from morning til midnight.Some people have complained about not getting enough to fill a travel mug and this is true. What I do is just lift the handle and lower it then run a smaller setting to fill my travel mug using the same pod,this works well.It's so easy my 9 year old makes hot chocolate when she comes home from school. It's great and with such a wide variety of flavors you will find one you like. I suggest getting a sample of the ones you want to try.

Must be love

I've been wanting one of these for about two years. I saw it on QVC and just couldn't beat the deal they were offering. And I'm in love! It's just me and I love having a fresh cup of coffee every single time. I can make my coffee as strong as I want and in so many different sizes. I love having the option of using regular coffee if I choose. I have talked my sister-in-law into getting one.

I love this thing. My wife and I have used this coffee maker everyday for the past few months and I have never encountered any problems; well, my newphews always want to play with it, especialy since it's easy to use. I don't know why other people think it's hard to use. It's pretty straight foward but that's just me.

I love the B77 after 10 months and never had any issues besides it turning off maybe 3 times in the 10 month period. A week ago the descale light came on and the pump would stop drawing in water. The brew light would stay on for about 5 minutes before the unit would go back to ready use. I shook it upside down for a minute and this did the trick for about 2 days before it repeated the same issues. I called Keurig and they had me descale the machine a second time and clean the output with a paperclip. This did the trick for a couple more days and then once aga8in the problem occured. now I cannot save it for the life of me. I called Keurig back and they are sending me a new machine right away. The customer service is A+ grade and is what is keeping me as a customer. I have heard of a lot of issues with these machines, but if they stand behind the product it makes a big difference. As long as CS remains outstanding, I will remain a Keurig customer even through machine replacements. VERY IMPORTANT - REGISTER YOUR BREWER IMMEDIATELY!

I was initially psyched about the many features- including the different cup sizes available. I love that I can program it to turn on and off when I want. I do NOT love that the cup size has more to do with coffee strength than the CUP SIZE, so if I take a travel mug, I have to brew 2 smaller sizes into one mug. The K-Cup varieties are not as available as I'd hoped. It looks nice.
