Love this machine!!!

I didn't think this type of coffee maker was very useful, since I make a pot of coffe every morning, however, since I got my Keurig as a gift, I absolutely love it. It's a great cup of coffee every time, and I love the fact that I can make one cup quickly and easily. My kids love the hot chocolate, and it is great when someone needs decaf instead of regular coffee. I very rarely drink decaf, so I don't normally keep it in the house. Now, I have decaf kcups and everyone can have what they want. I am very pleased.

Confused.. I love the machine but.....

I love the machine it self except when I brew hot chocolate it seems to LEAK every time.. But every time I brew coffee or even tea it doesn't leak and pour every where just with the Hot chocolate. Does any one know why it does this?? Or how to even fix it???

Cons: Leaks, HARD TO CLEAN, Not hot enough

Great Brewer, Good Coffee

After a month of heavy use (2 people, 4 or 5 times a day), I still haven't tired of watching this brewer do its thing. I like the large water capacity -- both the size of the container, and the ease of refilling it. The brew system gives me a nice hot cup of my favorite beverage every time, especially when I heat the cup with hot water ahead of time and dry it out. Durability hasn't been an issue, but then, it has it's place in the kitchen, with the area set up like a coffee bar, and the unit doesn't move much. I like the variety of cup sizes, but wish it filled a true 16oz travel mug. Also, with the larger sizes, the coffee tends to be watered down. I'm not sure if I need a larger K-cup, or if I just need an extra strong coffee, which I can then add a bit of hot water to. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with this brewer, the variety of beverages, and the coffee club perks. My friends seem to love the brewer too!

Cons: Needs a 16oz size

I have had this model for 6 months now...I use it everyday, multiple times a day and it works as perfect as the first day that I purchased it! I was hesitant to purchase it at first after reading some reviews, but mine has never caused an issue for me. I love that my family can just make their own drink of their liking, and it's fabulous that there is such a variety of drinks to choose from. I even brew my own *bucks coffee with the re-usable K-Cup! Love the convenience and perfect cup of coffee for me, thanks Keurig!

We received the B70 as a gift and it was tested out and worked then we got it home it didnt. We kept receiving a not ready message....We called customer service and they tried a few things but they said it was basically broken and sent us a new model and we just had to send back the little cup that the k cup sits in. It's too bad the first didnt work but they were helpful [...]

Auto on/off

I am feeling really silly because I thought the Auto on/off would brew coffee automatically instead of just turning on. I am slightly disappointed in this feature.
