just dont last i am now on my fourth b70 platinum model.....why i keep buying them???? easy to use.

Too fragile for the price

By the time the de-scale message appears in the display, the brewer is toast! Make the heating element removable, or do something to simplify maintenance. Filtered water out of the dispenser in the refrigerator is not pure enough. I hate vinager flavored coffee. would never buy another one! ay least the concept is cool.
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, HARD TO CLEAN, Fragile, Complicated

Not reliable machine

This is our second machine. The first machine lasted for about 6 months. The second machine was a Christmas gift and we used it 2 days when it stopped working. We followed all the directions in the owners manual and then per their directions, we called Keurig. The customer service line was busy and we were told we would get a call back. No response to date. We're returning the coffee maker to the department store where it was purchased for a full refund.
Cons: Broke after 2 days use, Poor Customer Service, Unreliable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful Machine

Living alone, I love how quick and easy I can make myself a single cup of coffee or tea. What's not so great about it is that, even tho there are multiple cup sizes to choose, the largest one doesn't fill my large coffee cup that I am used to drinking from. Plus when you choose the largest cup size available, the drink strength is far too weak. You pretty much have to stick to the smallest cup size selection in order to get a good flavor.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

In love with my Keurig!!

I am typically a casual coffee drinker, however, my Keurig has me drinking 2 cups a day :) It is so neat and easy to use. I will never purchase another coffee maker, I am sold :)

Extremely Happy and Will Tell Everyone

I love The Keurig Brewing Systems and I find that the Platinum model to be faster and quieter than the Special Edition model I bought last year. I am extremely happy that I upgraded to the Platinum model and I will tell all my friends and family.

Best Present Ever

This was a Christmas Gift and I adore it. I had a small one I used at work with the rest of my office but this Premium Machine is outstanding. Its extremely easy to use and the amount of different kinds of K-cups I can purchase makes it insanely fun! I love it. Best Christmas Gift Ever.

If you love coffee..............

We drink coffee everyday and looked forward to receiving it. It worked great for 6 months before the pump went out of it. The store exchanged it and we went another 6 months until the water would "pool" in the K-cup and not fill the coffee mug up, or it would fill it up halfway. We once again exchanged it, and if it happens again, I'm throwing it out the window!!! Right now I think it's a hunk of junk.
Pros: Makes Good Coffee, Fresh every time
Cons: On my third one in a year, Not Reliable
