We use our brewer every day, 2 cups in warmer months, 4+ in colder months. We are extremely satisfied with this product. I am a bold coffee drinker and my wife is a flavored coffee drinker. The brewer makes great coffee for both of us. One caveat - our first brewer stopped working within 1-month (bought at [...]). We contacted Keurig Customer Service and had a replacement within two days. I call that great service!! This review would have been 4-stars for the initial failure, but Customer Service more than made up for it. Our (2nd) brewer is now 9-months old and works perfectly.

Great, Handy, Easy to use and Durable

I received the Platinum as a gift. I will recommend it because its easy to use, easy to set up and has a variety of K-cups. I also have never had any problems with the Keurig. The auto set on/off feature is also good. Follow the set directions and you're ready for a delicious cup.

Best invention ever made

I received my keurig coffee maker yesterday (12-2-10), after setting it up, made the first k-cup, was great. I love using the settings to make the coffee just like I want. So, far, no problems, even though I just got it, Idon't know what Idid without it. No more wasting pots of coffee, just make what I want, nice and hot, perfect cup of coffee. After reading the other reviews, I sure hope I have none of those problems, but, heavens, if I do I'll let you know.

I just bought it to make coffee for friends when they come over. Now I use it for everything now.

This was my first Keurig purchase after using my Mother's while on vacation at her house. I fell in love with the ease of Keurig's use, the style, and convenience of single cup brewing. I have not had any problems with it and love the new "quiet brew"! My husband and are are seasonal campers and every time we went camping, my Keurig came with us. Until now...I just purchased another one just for the camper! You won't be disappointed in this Keurig...I hope you enjoy it as much as I have! Enjoy!

This is so quiet, quick to brew/warm-up, and simple to switch from decaf/regular/cider/whatever you desire...I cannot imagine going back to the conventional pot brewing coffeemaker. I couldn't be more pleased and am exstatic that this gift was so wonderfully recieved. They love it and have raved over the different coffees, features and ease of use. If my 78 year old Father can learn this w/in an hour of opening the packing box, anyone can. Thank you for a wonderful, wonderful product.

Love this coffee maker!!!

I love this coffee maker. Have had it 2 years with no problems. It's great to use with company since everyone can have a different type of coffee. I keep flavored, decaf and regular on hand. To use the larger travel tumbler cups you can remove the bottom piece and they fit just fine. Love not having leftovers and pots to clean.

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Seond Platinum Edition, first lasted all of 4 to 6 months.Yes, we clean and it has NEVER said to descale, but we do.Yes, they replaced it, but the down time and the costs associated with getting OTHER coffee...equals hassle.Now the second one took a dump.They tend to pour mixed bag of cup sizes when they want.And wanting the full cup (12oz), it's also annoying plus wasteful of the k-cups.This weekend I worked on this for 60 hours.Friday at 10am till Sunday at 10pm.Two times I processed the descale procedure.[...]
