I absolutely love this brewer.

I absolutely love this brewer. I bought one for myself, then purchased one for my friend for Christmas who loved mine so much. Then convinced another friend to purchase one and then convinced my son-in-law to purchase one for my daughter. It makes the best coffee, chocolate, cider, just everything perfect everytime. Maybe I should start selling Keurig brewers!!!!!!
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Durable, Stylish, Easy to use

Problems after Hot Chocolate...

Sometimes it takes 3 attempts to get any liquid to come out of my machine. I got it for Christmas last year so it's only 1 year old and this seems to have started when I introduced the hot chocolate to it. I did exactly as manual said but still have problems. I do not care for the iced teas (which is why we purchased this model). Should have sent it back for another but now I'm stuck...
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Durable, Stylish
Cons: Defective
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this Coffee Maker!

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend, he loves that he can have a different cup of coffee everyday at a lot less than buying it at a coffee shop. Even I find myself using this often, I <3 iced coffee wonderful added feature. The hot cocoa is great on cold nights too :)

I think I have found a replacement for my old Cuisinart (which, incidentally, I loved, too). But, the cleanliness of this type of machine and the ease of use far surpasses my older style 10-cup machine. Not to mention the fact that I happen to be a flavored coffee drinker. Not everyone is a fan of flavored coffee. So, when I have company, I always have to make sure I have some "plain" coffee brewed for the masses (which I'll never drink because I don't like it). That's now a thing of the past. I'll just make sure to have a variety of K-cups on hand so everyone can be happy with their own choice. :) The Keurig is the best invention ever. ...And I'm glad I chose the Platinum model. I like the choice of 5 sizes. It allows me to fill my favorite mug with only one K-cup (travel-mug size). I'm now a firm believer in the Keurig.

Great Christmas Present!! Love it! Everyone can enjoy it I make hot chocolate for my niece and nephew coffee for me and Ice coffee for my friends wonderful creation won't trade it for the world

On my 3rd brewer

I got hooked on Keurig two years ago. I absolutely love the brewing system! However.... Since I replaced my original smaller brewer ( which still works) with the platinum I am now on my third replacement in a little over a year. The pump seized in the first one and the other ones either would not brew or only brewed a small amount of coffee even on the biggest mug setting! Now my third one is beginning to act up. Even with all of the problems i have had I would still recommend this brewer only because of the customer service. I have had three brewers replaced free of charge! Thank you Keurig for standing behind your warranty! No more drip coffee makers for me.

Cons: Not durable

Nice, but not Durable

I love the variety of coffee available and the fact that my wife can have her decaf and I can have my regular. The machine was easy to setup and opperate.I am now on my second brewer in less than 2 yeasr. After 6 months the first unit stopped brewing a full cup. At most we were lucky to get half a cup from the brewer. [...].The second brewer is now malfunctioning. More water is returning to the resevoir than to the coffe cup, or no water is being pulled at all. The pump runs, shuts off, and nothing brews. I have tried descalliung the unit, but it will not pull the vinegar thru either.

Cons: Durability
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
