No waste of coffee and company can easily make their cup of choice quickly. Always have a fresh cup instead of old, cooked coffee.

I am now getting my second replacement brewer because they just stop working. Unit shuts off when it wants to. Sometimes I get a cup of coffee, sometimes I don't

Was thoroughly happy after taking it out of the box and using it for the first six months! Over the last two days, have been experiencing same problems that others have been reporting! Very frustrating. Those of you that love it and haven't had problems - good luck....the days may be numbered. Lesson learned, don't buy stuff with parts made in China.

I live alone and love to drink coffee. BUT I got tired of the waste from making even a few cups in the Mr Coffee. Kerig lets me make one cup at a time very fast- no wait/no waste

I LOVE my Keurig and have recommended them and given them as gifts to many others. I have had mine close to a year and it's been great so far. I did notice from early on it would VERY occasionally shut it self off right after brewing but it didn't bother me. And now it's started to make a little bit more noise than usual when it's filling so I'm not sure if it just needs to be cleaned again or what but hopefully what I've seen in so many other reviews doesn't start happening. I was so surprised to see so many negative reviews when visiting this site! But for me, it's been great and we use it 3-4 times per day sometimes more. My husband uses it for iced tea and I use it for coffee. Love it!

See I bought three one for me my MOM and Sister. They do not use theirs as much as I do. I used it all day evety day coffe, tea, hot water. I like It becaused made one cup at a time. Now it unpluged because I got tired of getting grounds in every cup I made It never gave me a full cup of coffee or tea at first I thought it was because my cups were so big it was not. Now I am back to MRCoffee and not happy at all because I really liked my Keurig. The problem every one I know I told them how great this Keurig was many now have one but now I just don't no want to buy another but I can not see my self making an investment like that again.

Bought this unit in July and it worked fine until a few weeks ago. The unit would say it was brewing, but it was just buzzing. Lifting the top and putting it back down again, seemed to help for a week or so, then that didn't help, either. Had to turn it on and off five or six times to get it to work. Once it did, I would get three or cups out of it. But then next morning, it was a gamble, as to whether it would work or not. Finally, today, I took it back to the store and replaced it with the Cuisinart unit. Let's see if that one works longer. Not so sure though, now that I have read the reviews. I had a Tassimo brewer for 2 years and had zero problems. Wanted to switch to Keurig for the variety. May end up going back to old system, we'll see.

Wish you could buy a bigger selection of coffee in stores instead of only on line. Why don't you offer a 20 or 30 K-cup selection on-line that the consumer is allowed to pick all different K-cups they would like to try. That would be great, sign me up.
