Just Okay

This was our second Keurig brewer and our least favorite. The unit initially started out okay, but seemed to decline over time. I still have the basic $99 brewer (our first) which I moved to our RV, and it's still going strong after five years or so. The Platnium brewer was nice looking, but poor quality and you had to reprogram from the menu just to change a cup size. The unit became very loud and vibrated really bad when pumping water, and the "Add Water" indicator continuously got stuck. Yesterday, it finally went out altogether (it was just under four years old), and I replaced it with the Keurig Special Edition brewer, which so far, we love. Keurig has improved the cup setting location for easy use, and the pump is quiet without any vibration. Very nice unit compared to the Platnium.
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Poor Quality, Not user-friendly, Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a great brewer I had issuses with my old one which was a older and different model, and I am useless I NEED MY COFFEE!!!! [...]

I use the largest size for my morning coffee daily. I enjoy the stronger brews.

Disappointment

After using the mini Keurig for a year, and loving it, I decided to purchase the platinum K for greater coffee use. I have had problems with the water tank from the beginning, which are getting worse. The machine often flashes that it needs water to brew even though it does not, blinks and wont brew, etc. I am thoroughly disappointed in this brewer.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had the Elite last year, and it broke down. But a quick phone call to Keurig and they sent me a brand new machine. Happier than ever.

The only way to brew coffee

Bought this coffee maker last year for a christmas gift for my wife. Our coffee drinking went from coffee in the morning to several times a day. The ease of use and simplicity to have have different flavors of coffee or ice tea anytime make this machine so enjoyable. So far it has been great with no problems. Had to clean it out once with vinegar as the water flow slowed but after cleaning it was good as new. My only complaint is since I bought this my coffee expenses have gone up with drinking more coffee.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use

Be prepared to have to replace

We loved our Keurig, i mean loved it a lot then it stopped working. Of course this happened when our 1 yr warranty exp. It has the same problem that so mant people have after a while. It will no longer pour out water. you can hear it heat the water up and then it will spit out a splash and nothing. Keurig wont help they say to clean the needle and the needle is not the prob. they offered us a 30$ discount to buy a new one. we are not happy
