Cant live without, best money ever spent

We bought one for each of our boys who are in college. They are used alot by their friends as well in the dorm apts. Make my own tea from bags, and also use just hot water for soups that are instant.
Pros: Love the k-cups, Can use your own coffee, Does everything you need, Love all of the options, We have 3 of them, Can use your own tea
Cons: It was not built in mine, Water filter none

This is my third Keurig but not because any have stopped working. I keep giving them away to family and friends because everyone loves the coffee so much. I now have this one and it had worked perfectly for 5 years with very little maintenance. We love being able to choose our favorites, either decaf or regular. And it makes great iced tea. We used to grind our own coffee - what a mess! And this tastes so much better. My husband got the commercial Keurig for his office and they love him for it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Please Figure it Out!

We are on our sixth (yes, sixth) brewer in less than 5 years. Two have been replaced under warranty and the other three all died within days of warranty expiry. We brew maybe three cups of coffee per day and find the never-ending hardware expense to be ridiculous. We would glady fork over several hundred dollars more for a brewer if it would just do what it is supposed to do...and do it again tomorrow. When is Keurig going to figure out that consumers will pay a lot of money for a brewer, if only it was reliable? They have a fantastic concept with single cup brewing but are going to kill it with sub-standard quality products.
Pros: Awesome concept
Cons: Terrible Quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My husband and I rec'd the SE brewer for Christmas last year. We each make 1 cup during the week, 2-3 on the weekends. By August it started to shut itself off after every 2nd cup or not brew at all. Had faithfully cleaned needles and descaled every 3 mos. Finally called Keurig in October and after running through the usual maintenance it started shutting off a week later. I called back and they replaced with Platinum Edition. So far so good. Even quieter than SE and brews the right size each time. I was fortunate in that both experiences with Customer Service were very positive. They were professional and courteous, which they should be if they get calls like this regularly! Keurig: please improve your quality control. This is a great convenience and makes excellent coffee...when it works!

We used to throw away coffee everyday because we could never get the measurement right to make a perfect small pot! Now, we enjoy a perfect cup of coffee, tea, etc. every day!

I don't know how I ever lived without this coffee maker! It makes the best cup of coffee. I purchased my Keurig a couple of months ago. I love the various types and flavors of coffee offered. I haven't found one yet I don't like. I also love my personal K-cup for my Starbuck and Dunkin Donut coffee too. I am buying my daughter and son-in-law a Keurig for Christmas. I know they will love it just as much as I do. Thanks Keurig for such a wonderful product!

Easy, fun and delicious!

Works great and maintenance is a breeze! I have had this machine for 4 years and it has never failed. Every few months I fill the reservoir with distilled white vinegar and brew... then brew again 2x with water and done! for another 6 months.
I would recommend this to a friend!
