3 Platinum brewers in 2 years. Do a Google search before you buy from Keurig. If they last a year for for the money you pay you got a deal. After the Keurig fails in 13 months, that is after you have returned it twice, they will NOT repair it, you must spend another chunk of change and buy a new one. Buyer BEWARE!
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Mostly great, but...

Definitely as high-volume consumer, I bought this to replace an older Keurig. However, in my kitchen it is not efficient. Need to move it every time I want to turn it on. Other model has on/off on the front - better design. Would recommend Keurig to all, but this one only to a friend with lots of kitchen space.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Complicated

I love this machine. Everyone can pick their own drink. I don't have to make a whole pot of coffee just from me or my husband. Love it Love. I would recommend this machine
Pros: Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, We can have our own drink, Stylish, Easy to use

usually a casual drinker lots of work to brew just a cup or 2 for 2 people now we can enjoy coffee everyday and not have to stop at the local donnut shop for a cup it's perfect and brews a nice hot cup of coffee!

4th one with Problems

Bought one for my daughter-in-law at Christmas worked for the first 4 days,now "short cups" them. Completed all help issues listed with no resolve. This is my 3rd Keurig, concerned with the continual "short cup" that both of ours is doing. My 3 have been purchased & returned in a years time frame. Love the machine when it worked but don't have time to continually unplug & turn it on. Keurig is to be a FAST cup of coffee. I wish QUALITY CONTROL would look into this issue. As I am not the only one with the "short cup" machines. I would recommend it as long as this problem is fixed - it seems to be Keurig's only problem & frustrating.

I think I should have had a Tassimo

My sister has a Tassimo and her machine can do so much more than the Keurig. I have the Platinum model so maybe it's that I did not purchase the correct model but when you set your cup size, it never seems to fill the cup and you cannot add extra water like Tassimo. A Tassimo can whip up a cafe mocha, skinny late, whatever,..if this rig can do that, I have no idea how.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best coffee EVER !

Have always loved fresh ground/fresh brewed coffee but it required extra work & cleanup. The Cuisinart with the built-in grinder was terrific but burned out after only 2 years of use. When my son moved out, I got the smallest pot available but still threw out coffee because it sat too long on the burner plate. This Keurig is my birthday/Christmas gift to myself and it is just wonderful - easy, clean, quick, quiet - and the very best coffees I've ever enjoyed. Have been trying some of the variety packs to narrow in on a couple of favorites - but that is difficult because almost all of them are exceptional.
Pros: Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
