We have had ours for over a year. Use it everyday without issue. Better than any of the Drive thru coffee places around.
Pros: Easy to use, Durable, Convenient, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Fast
Cons: Bulky
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not too big. Keeps water hot. Makes a quick and delicious cup of coffee.

I absolutely love this machine! I have noticed that when the k-cup is pierced prior to brewing that tiny particles get lodged in the brewing ports. I cleaned out the 3 ports and then started to poke a hole in the top of the k-cup with a toothpick to release some of the air before placing into the unit. So far so good.No problems to report.Again..I absolutely LOVE this machine

LOVE it still after 2 years!

We have had the Platinum for two years now and LOVE it! It suits our family perfectly as my husband makes his travel mug size every morning, and I like an occasional smaller cup of tea. The only con for us is that the reservoir indicated that it was dishwasher safe, but after putting it through the dishwasher, it cracked on us at the top. Other than that, it works perfectly. We recently bought a Mini as well and I am taking it back tomorrow. The mini only accomodates small and regular size mugs, and leaks water on us. We will be buying another Platinum.

It was good till it lasted- really short

I really love my B70 till it start to malfunction saying brewing but not doing anything. I tried to reset it, pull the plug, turned off the on and off button but to no avail. I let the it cool down for few hours then turn it on again but still not brewing. It keep saying" Not Ready" when it is ready, it doesnt brew.... [...] [$] down the dumpster......
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, Malfunction means Dead
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I use my Keurig everyday. This is a replacement I received back in February 2010. The first one kept shutting off and on. I just started using the replacement unit about 2 weeks ago and I'm already having issues with it. It shuts off and on. You would think Keurig would figure out what the issue is and fix it. It seems they could be replacing some units that would be very costly to them. We will see if Keurig will be as responsive this time around. They have not yet responded. I have a B60 I use in my office for personal use that I have no issues whatsoever. It works fabulous. Even with the issues it makes a great cup of coffee.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Repeated Failure of Unit

Have owed this machine for almost 2 years and i have Never had a problem with it. Was searching the site to find a model for the inlaws who love coming over and choosing their own flavours. They will be retiring their clunky coffee maker with one of these. Thank you Keurig for making an excellent machine and i don't have to waste coffee to make the Perfect cup.
