Awesome fits this machine perfectly

This machine gets a LOT of use. We will use the entire 60 oz reservoir pretty much in one day, before having to refill it. Since I bought it November of 2009 I have yet to do any maintenance on the thing. I use distilled water in my maker and it seems to not clog the lines (as Keurig says could happen). I've just bought the single cup personal brewer to take to our lake place, and look forward to it working as well as this one.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use

I have really enjoyed this coffee maker and I've never had any problems with it. I've had it over a year now. It does everything I need it to do. I just wish I could get a larger resevoir for this pot like the B60.

Good, but it died 3 months later

We received our coffee maker (platinum) as 10 year anniversary gift (I have always wanted one!). It was easy to set up and easy to use. We had switched from using the "coffee pot less" coffee maker. We had visited my husbands Aunt's home and saw she had a Keurig Platinum Coffee maker. I asked if we could try it out. At the time I didn't think that a cup of coffee would make a difference from it's source. But let me tell you that was one of the best tasting cups of coffee in my life! I was so excited to get the K-cup maker and fell in love with the perfect cup of coffee. We receivedour coffee maker in April 2010. It's now the end of July and the coffee maker died :(. It seems to have been sucking up small amounts of water (even for a large cup) and then you select a cup size hit the brew button and then no water was dispensed, but a few seconds later the coffee maker would heat up the water again but the water doesn't go anywhere. I called Keurig's customer service and they were very friendly and very understanding. I told them that we LOVE the coffee and the K-cup machine but was sadden that it was broken. I tried cleaning it with vinegar and was instructed to clean the needles(with a paperclip) that pierce the top of the K-cup maker. They said that they would replace the K-cup maker since it was doing a very unusual "wind up" cycle. I was very pleased with their customer service. It made my day that we are getting a replacement. In the mean time we will have to get coffee from the local coffee shop just until our K-Cup maker comes in. I have seen mixed reviews for this maker. We have only had ours almost 4 months and it died which is very disappointing. However; the coffee that the machine makes is VERY good and their customer service is by far one of the best ones out there

Cons: Water doesn't pump well
