I use my Keurig everyday and absolutely LOVE IT!!! I will never go back to a coffee pot. The fresh cup every time is great and the selection of coffee is great. I have had my brewer for a year now and I will never go back to traditional brewers

there was an intermittent problem with some of the pumps in the brewers, mostly ones available for purchase during the 09-10 holiday season. keurig assures me these have all been found and remedied or replaced. thank God! i just LOVE my platinum, and i want to share this love with others!

Perfect Machine, no problems

I read the reviews here before buying, I decided I would try the machine out if it didnt work I would return it. Well 6 Months later no problems, makes awesome coffee, I have not experienced any problems, not 1. However WE DO NOT REMOVE THE WATER reservoir AT ALL WE JUST FILL IT. Perhaps this is why we have had no problems its just as easy to fill it .I highly recommend this item. I love the coffee...

We received our Keurig as a Christmas gift and have enjoyed the ease and perfection with which it can brew a cup of coffee. Friends and family love being able to pick their beverage of choice, and we love having everything with the touch of a button. Also, the selection and quality of coffees, teas, and cocoas are wonderful.

SO FAR I AM A LOVER OF THIS MACHINE...WHERE HAS IT BEEN ALL MY LIFE...I SPEND SOOO MUCH BUYING COFFEE OUT CAUSE I DON'T WANT TO MAKE A WHOLE POT JUST FOR ME...ONE CUP AT A TIME...SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT THIS ALONG TIME AGO...I WOULD HAVE BEEN RICH BY SAVING MY MONEY....THIS THING IS B..E..A..UTIFUL..!!!!!

Good machine; faulters in a year

I bought mine July 2009. It runs pretty good. I have three office workers that all use the coffee machine. One or two visitors as well use it once in a while. The machine started to faulter shortly after July 2010. Clogged pipes or something. I have to pull the tank out and let the water run out.
Pros: Easy to use, Durable
Cons: Life expectancy

AWESOME coffee & customer service!!

I love my Keurig! I enjoy a great cup of fresh brewed coffee with every cup! Yes, there has been some issues with the brewer. My first one wouldnt pump the water unless I turned it off then back on. Now, the one they replaced it with has a pump issue and is only brewing 1/2 cup of coffee most of the time. I do not take issue with having problems with an item if the company stands behind what they sell. The customer service is AWESOME! They replaced my first brewer with no problem, and it had JUST gone out of the 1 year warranty by about a week. The one they replaced it with is having issues, so I called today. They are replacing that one too. I used to think that great customer service was a thing of the past, but KEURIG brings back what customer service is all about. Because of their customer service, I will always buy Keurig! They really stand behind what they sell!
