Wonderful unit because of multiple choices in size, temperature, water reserve, and beautiful too. Was uncertain about the red color, however, the deep red looks rich and stylish with the Baltic Brown granite counter.

cannot drain tank

So far so good on making coffee and teas. I tried to get all of the water out of the warming tank, [...]. I found out there is NO way to drain the back warming tank. I wanted to take it on vacation but do not want the weight or mess of the water to go on vacation too.Other than that, it is great & I love all of the flavor choices. FUN

We had our first Keurig for about 8 months and it started to brew really slow. We contacted Keurig and after a 5 miniute conversation with one of there customer care reps she informed us that they had made some upgreades to this model and told us that yes that was a problem. She asked us what was our drink of choice. She then told us our new machine and 2 boxes of free coffee would be to us [...]WONDERFULL customer service Ill continue to deal with companies that take care of there customers like Keurig did with us! THANKS

I just purchased this unit and I really fell in love with it. I love the temperature adustability on the unit... this machine brews hotter coffee than other sigle brewer... the best thing about it was the Keurig® My K Cup® Filter... one of the reasons why I purchased this unit. The filter allows you to use your own coffee as another option.... Love this machine
