Love At First Brew

I absolutely love my Keurig! I am on my second one. My first one had a technical issue that could not be fixed over the phone. Dealing with Customer Service was a great experience, very friendly! [...] I got my in-laws all hooked on Keurig and now each of them has one! I love my brewer.
Pros: Durable, Easy to use, Quiet, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, No wasted coffee, Convenient, Stylish, Brews quickly
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

For those posting positive reviews, I must assume you just bought your first Keurig. Just give it time and you will soon see that Keurig is the WORST product and a total waste of money. I received my first Keurig for Christmas 2009, it was dead by October of 2010. The machine began short cupping so I called customer service. Customer service had me perform a number of "fixes" which did nothing but annoy me so they offered to send me a replacement. I received my replacement in Oct. 2010 and by February 2011, that machine was dead as well. I called Customer Service again and performed the requested tricks to try to fix the machine to no avail. They offerered to send me a THIRD machine to which I said HECK NO! I went out and bought a Cuisinart coffee maker and am much happier. The convenience of the Keurig is wonderful but the quality of the machine is horrific. Every friend I have who owns a Keurig has chimed in with the same complaints. Perhaps Keurig should have looked into perfecting their product before they put it on the market. Buyer beware, you will end up sorry you wasted your money.
Pros: It worked for 4 months
Cons: Poor Quality, Fragile, Limited Cup Sizes, Poor value, HARD TO CLEAN, Breaks easily

I recieved this machine as a christmas gift two years ago. I dont use it everyday and within a year it started having problems. It would stop halfway through brewing a cup then sometimes it wouldn't pump water at all.I cleaned it per the manual and it still made no difference. I called customer service and explained what was going on and they sent me an upgraded model to the platnum model. If they would make replacement parts they probably save alot of money instead of just giving out new brewers.I'm not complaining just saying these machines are expensive.I'll let you know how my second brewer works when I recieve it.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

got my kuerig home and it was so easy to get started! i was so excited after reading all the reviews on this product. after only 6 days the water wouldn't pump through the machine. i figured out that the reservoir needed to be completely full at all times to actually work. well that kind of defeats the purpose of this machine. i might as well have bought the less expensive mini brewer.i am returning mine because i think things should work when they are this expensive. i also think the coffee flavors are terrible.
Pros: Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Question about the Platinum performance

We used our Platinum edition daily for nearly a year trouble free. Then one day it seemed the electronics were messing up. It would partially brew and stop. We had to tell it to brew multiple times to get a cup. I read the manual and it spoke to de-scaling. I used the vinegar and started the process. This is when the de-scale electronic message appeared. It hasn't worked right since. I am continuing the de-scaling effort as the manual directs you to do. Anyone else have this problem?

I use mine 1-3 times daily and I LOVE how it is just ready and waiting for me to push a button. I received my 3rd Platinum Series replacement today and I hope this one lasts. Would be great if the kinks get worked out because this is the fastest and easiest way to do coffee for me.
Pros: Easy to use, Ready when I am
Cons: Always filling reservoir, Takes 4ever to clean

As a mainer, I love coffee. This makes the other coffee you get in a big bag look like a extra seat when you invite too many people to see this extraordinary device. Awsome job, best one on the market.
