Returning Second One

Love the unit with the exception this is the second one that I have had to return in the last year. The first one the pump stopped working and the second one started leaking from the bottom. It seems that it should last longer than it does.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My husband and I drink coffee everyday and this has made our mornings much easier. We each get to have our own flavor and it perks in 30 seconds! We love that this model does the travel mug size which we both need. For entertaining you can't beat it. Our friends love choosing their own coffee or tea and we have hot cocco or apple cider for their children! We love that we can set the temperature. We can't wait to try the ice tea this summer. The only con is that you pretty much have to leave it on and plugged in at all times. If you unplug it and have to restart, the perk time is much longer because it has to warm-up. It says to leave it on in the manual and it works just fine for us.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Quick, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Stylish
Cons: Must stay on all the time

BUY THIS SYSTEM...It's a must have!! your house gusted can have what ever flavor the want and they love to push the brew button!!

I bought the platinum brewing system six weeks ago and not only has it stopped working, Keurig customer service cannot replace or repair it b/c the serial number on my machine isn't recognized by their system. I now have to wait three days for a technician to call me back in order to trouble shoot, repair or replace my machine.
Pros: Minimal waste w My Kcup
Cons: Doesn't make coffee

Great while it lasted

I loved this thing right up until it broke. One day it said "de-scale" and the next day it seized up and wouldn't work at all. It is awesome coffee and I'll probably get another one when I run out of emergency Folger's and get sick of messing with the old drip coffee maker. It lasted about 7 months, not long enough for a [$] coffee maker.

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

Love the Platinum Cinnamon Keurig

My husband and I bought the platinum keurig after reading online about it and many many reviews. We got the cinnamon colored one to match our other kitchen appliances and love the color. We purchased it from[...]at 20% off so it was a great deal in Dec 2010 and have been using it every day since and it works great. Only thing we have any issue with is that the k-cups coffee gets expensive but we ordered the little filter thing that you can use your own coffee in. We can't wait to start making ice coffee & tea in it if the weather ever warms up here in New England. This coffee maker is awesome too because you do not have to always clean it or have glass posts with coffee stains in the bottom. We have well water at our house so we have a pure water filter pitcher on the counter beside our keurig and we only use the filtered water in our keurig.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Stylish, Easy to use, Colorful, Multiple Settings

AWESOME BREWER & COFFEE Recommend to All

I was skeptical at first and so was my husband. We have owned very expensive coffee makers before, and none of them come close to the outstanding taste and the quality of K-Kups. They are outstanding and no longer visit the coffee houses for a Great cup of coffee. It's very easy to use, great for grabbing a quick cup on the go. Only problem is keeping K-Kups stocked. I think that this is the best coffee brewer on the market. I have owned mine for 3 months now and just can't get enough. I would diffintly recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy great coffee, tea or the great tasting cider. What more can I say but this is a 10+ and Keurig has knocked it out of the park with the Platinum Brewer. LOVE...LOVE...LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!♥♥♥

I love keurig but I'm DONE.I've had at least 8 replacements and none of them worked right.The even upgraded me and those ones aren't working right. They all have done the SAME thing and now Keurig is telling me they can't replace my brewer Breville has to. I JUST WANT A WORKING COFFEEMAKER!!!!That's all nothing more than what I'm entitled to/paid for.I have gotten my whole family on keurig and all my friends but I can't seem to get a working brewer

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.
