One cup coffee perfection

Two years ago, I brought a competing machine, it seemed to have different varieties of coffee drinks. The problem was that the coffee varieties were limited to mostly european coffees. I finally decided to buy a keurig. I now drink 3 to 5 cups a day. I love the variety of coffee that is available, and I don't miss the lattes and other stuff at all. The brewer occasionally shuts off, but I can deal with that.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Shuts off occasionally

Get points - then out of stock.

I'd like to review this product. Unfortunately I can't. After using the site to buy K-cups so that I could get enough points for the discount I went to purchase and saw they were out of stock until April. Well, it is now mid-April and they say to come back in May. I have see a number of reviews that indicate there is a problem with the brewer. I hope when they are finally available again the problems have been addressed. I would really feel foolish to have waited all this time only to get a piece of junk hardware. We love the brewer we have but would like the larger reservoir and additional volume choices. Even more though - we want a device that works.

I was so excited to get a Kreurig maker. It worked well for a couple months of everyday use. It was easy to use and the coffee tasted great. Then, the trouble started. It began shutting down after brewing one or two cups. I called the company twice and they were very helpful. Unfortunately, they are sending me a new machine to replaced the defective machine I now have. Time will only tell if it is the machine or a design flaw.
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings
Cons: Fragile

Used the B70 for 3 weeks for 2 cups each morning with great results. Weeks 4 & 5 the unit would shut off after the 1st cup was brewed. Keurig is sending a replacement unit. Hopefully will work longer than the 1st one.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We will be receiving our 6th machine tomorrow since Christmas 09. We purchased 3 at the wareshouse store returned them all back, then bought a planinum online from Keurig, which they have now since replaced twice. After a month or two the pumps stoped working and were only giving us a partial cup. We descaled it, cleaned the upper and lower needle, but to no avail. I WILL CONTINUE RETURNING THIS MODEL until I get one that works. I LOVE THIS COFFEE SYSTEM. BEST COFFEE IN MY LIFE - SERIOUSLY. I just think this line of makers has a bad control pump and circuit board and once they get the new models in everything should be just fine.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Fragile

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Quieter is NOT Better Works when IT want

I had an older B70 Brewer, It worked well, every day day in day out, at least 3 cups a day. Basic CON it was very Noisy. I saw the new B77 quiet brew, and hoped it was as good as the old noisy B70. Wrong, this new B77 after one month started to make coffee when IT wanted, Brew the first cup fine, but then it would not take water in right away and then shut itself off. As the days went on it got progressivly worse. I called customer support, once, with no help, it made some cups, called again, but you must be at the machine, I don't usually drink coffee in the evening, and when I make coffee in morning customer support is at home also making coffee. Finally after the third call I got a CSR who was helpful. It depends who you talk to at Keurig. After reading the reviews there appears to be some manufacturing problems in China. Overall a great brewer when it works. Bring back the old noisy dependable ones. There should be no need to hit the brewer or juggle the resevoir to get it to work correctly. The old Noisy one worked fine for years, the new quietbrew should too.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings
