Never had better coffee

We use this every morning, lunch and afternoon. We have coffee frequently on weekends as we entertain a lot and many people enjoy coffee (etc.). We love how quickly it heats up the water, how easy it is to use, the different sizes you can brew, the various flavors we can buy and pretty much everything about it. Its seeming to get a little louder as time wears on, but general wear and tear is to be expected.
Pros: Stylish, Durable, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. IT WAS SO EASY TO SET UP AND USE AND THE K CUP VARIETY IS GREAT. I LOVE THE HOT TEAS AND COFFEES AND I MAKE THEM INTO ICED TEAS AND COFFEES AS WELL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS STYLE TO ANYONE AS IT IS GREAT AND FUN TO USE. THE KEURIG COFFEE CLUB IS ALSO A GREAT DEAL SO SIGN UP.
Pros: Fun, Durable, Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: DRIP CUP TO WIDE

Love this machine!

It will be three years that I will have my Platinum machine. My husband and I love this machine. Everyone who has this coffee love it. The only problem I had was I don't use bottled water, I use filtered water. My first machine went within 5 months. Customer Service explained I should then clean it more frequently. They replaced it and since then we're good. I write down when I cleaned it last and try to do it every two months. It's a little bit of a pain, but I just do it. When we go away I want to take it with us. It's hard to drink coffee any other way.

Cons: Tedious to clean

Love My Keurigs

I have used Keurig for the past 6 years. The Platinum offers the most variety as far as cup sizes and making cold drinks. I began with the odd shaped one size office type. Looks like a soda fountain mixer..I don't think they are made any more. I have another Keurig for my enclosed porch, and of course I have the mini for vacations away from home. I am addicted!! Oh by the way, I given four Platinums as gifts! I truly am spoiled. Thanks Keurig!!

De-Scale Process

Make sure you de-scale your machine every few 3 months. I never got a warning or the de-scale message till it was too late. I had my machine for 16 months and failed to de-scale it. When the light finally came on it was too late. The machine is toast!!! Unable to complete the de-scale process. Representative said there was too much mineral build up and offered me a discount on a new machine since mine was out of warranty. A nice jesture. I will buy another machine and make sure I de-scale every 3 months as recommended. An improvement would be to set a built in timer to remind us when to de-scale.

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

This has been a great addition to our kitchen. I use it everyday before I head to work in the morning. With the times its on in the morning when I get up and in a short time I have my morning coffee. Really like the varieties that are available and many of them are great coffees. The only real issue I have with it is that I like my coffee HOT very hot and this maker brews it at the highest setting I could set it at 192 degrees and this is just barely hot enough for me, but ok.

Cons: Temperature

we love our keurig platinum... i just wish it had a larger size option... but the iced feature is awesome!
Pros: Durable, Convenient, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, Expensive, Not cheap, Price per cup is insane

I bought this coffee maker thinking i could cut down on my coffee intake. quite the opposite i drink more b/c its always hot & fresh=) I now have 1 for home & 1 for the office!
