Superior brewing system

This brewer is the best one I have bought. I have tried many different types of single cup brewers, but the Keurig beats them all, hands down. Easy to use, to clean and umpteen varieties of coffee. No problem with customer support. I had a very slight problem and it was corrected at once. Keurig sent me a new brewer. I was really impressed.Quality of product is excellent. Keep up the good work Keurig Very satisfied customer.

I love my Platinum Brewing System

I bought mine just over a month ago. I purchased it to use at work as I drink a lot of hot tea as my co-workers drink regular coffee and I drink de-caf. I now can enjoy two to three cups (12 oz) of de-caf coffee before I switch over to the hot tea. I use my own tea bags as I drink over 7 cups of tea daily. I love the fact that I don't leave my desk to heat water, I can enjoy more tea or hot cocoa. I LOVE this unit. I don't have a problem seating the water tank and I remove it twice daily. The noise is louder than I expected but none of my co-workers can here it so the noise is confined to my cubicle. I love this unit and I plan to buy one for home!!!!

Our Keurig Platinum is my favorite appliance in my home office. No more standard coffee. I can select from a wide range of coffees and have a great daily selection. The versatility in having different coffee on a daily basis is without a doubt my favorite aspect. The unit is fast, functional, and very easy to use. Even for my wife! The simplicity is really second to none. While you can program some features, we really find no need, other than turning the unit on at 4:45 am to get the water warmed up. Personally, I wouldn't mind a slightly hotter cup of coffee. But not a huge issue. We also had problems with our first unit. A call to Keurig and we had a new one within a week. I was honestly disappointed with our first unit dying in the first two days, but Keurig did a great job getting a replacement in hand. Don't be nervous about units having problems. It appears that Keurig has addressed the issue.
Pros: Stylish, Durable, Easy to use, Versatile, Multiple Settings
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

Use all the time,quiet, all sizes in servicings, love it, it is great, can not say enough good about it, would buy another, You will enjoy it.

We've had this unit for over a year. We love it. Only problem we've had is when the brew needle clogs from hubby over filling the personal brew cup. Highly recommend this product.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Brew thru needle clogs

Love my Keurig

This is the best coffee maker I have ever had. It is so easy to use and the coffee is the best. I have had no problems with this machine, I use filtered water like it recommended in the manual and I have had a perfect cup of coffee every time I use it.

This is a great coffee maker, I am on my 3rd not but i am really happy that the company is standing by the unit. Just hope they can get the pump working right and soon.

Best brewer I've ever had

I've had mind about 4 Mths. and the only problem was figuring out how to clean the pipe from the bottom of the K-Cup when it plugs up. Twice in 4 Mths. A small wire, smaller than a paper clip, does just fine. It took awhile to figure out which coffee I liked. I settled on "Donut Shop" medium roast. I'm not all that perticular but this is without a doubt the best coffee I've ever made at home. It's a little pricy, [$] and 1/4 a cup. I drink at least 4 to 10 cups a day between home and work.
