This is the best coffe maker

We use it every day 10 or more times a day its great, its perfect. We have had it for six months and have not had any problems. I can not imagine life with out it

Great coffee maker!!

This machine is great! To the person who said that the machine shuts itself off...did you set the machine up to shut off, because it DOES have a TIMER. All you have to do is just make sure that the timer is TURNED OFF. This is a great machine and I love the fact that the company also has teas and hot chocolate, since I can't drink much coffee. My partner LOVES the coffee though! The only problem that we are having is trying to find the serial number and I looked in the places that was suggested. Does anyone know where to find that number, since we don't have the box anymore?

Where do dead Keurigs go?

We've had our Keurig Platinum for about 15 months now. It has shut-down on us. We have tried cleaning & de-scaling for 2 days but nothing works. Barely get 1/2 tsp out of it now. We loved the convenience of our Keurig but shudder to think we have to pay almost $200 every year for a coffee maker + additional costs of the k-cups. And after reading other's comments on-line, I'm curious how many Keurigs are sitting in a landfill???? Not very 'green' of Keurig. Fix the problem or you are losing customers FAST! :(

My Experience Has Been Great

I got this machine 5 years ago, and it has survived everyday use through three of those years. For the past two years I have been using it as a hot water heater, and occasional k-cup brewer. I have always had a second traditional drip machine for higher volumes and non-k-cup coffee(I like to grind my own), so my use of the k-cup regular coffee converter has been limited. Don't rely on this machine for high volume brewing, and know that use of regular coffee is cumbersome. If you are ready to shell out big bucks for everyday k-cup use, or if you enjoy the occasional convenience or flavor options of one touch brewing, this machine is for you.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

Perfect for any household

I received this for Xmas and I have used it daily since. It is by far the greatest coffee/tea maker ever. Hubby loves the one cup system as he is running out the door in the morning and I love how easy it is to make myself a cup of tea. No more waiting on the tea kettle in this house! I also, love how simple it was to use. No more complicated than any old coffee pot. The variety of k cups is great too!

Better than I expected

This is the perfect coffee maker for any household. I get up for work at 4:30 & this makes a super fast cup of coffee to get my morning going. I like to have a cup of coffee once in a while when I come home (around 4:00pm) and with the Keurig I don't have to make a full pot - just a cup for me. My husband is retired and he drinks coffee all morning - he uses the Keurig because he says each cup is fresh when he is ready for one. When his friends come over for a cup of coffee they can have a fresh brewed cup. With the variety of choices each person can make a cup as strong or mild as they like. LOVE this product!!!

It is awesome! I got it for Christmas and brought it to college with me :) I wish you could empty the inside reservoir since it weighs a lot more and you have to leave the box on its side when travelling so it doesn't leak... Overall it is an awesome product and I use it every day!!

The Platinum brewer

The Platinum brewer is my second machine from Keurig. My first one was very noisy to say the least, but I didn't mind because I knew I was getting a great cup of coffee, so I upgraded to the Platinum series and have never regretted it. My son loves my old one too. I am very sorry to see so many people are having problems with their units! This is a wonderful product and I would not know how to live without mine.
