I love this brewer BUT I am on my 5th one. Luckily they were all under warranty and Keurig is awesome about replacing it if it is still under warranty. First we run through all the motions to make sure what the problem is. Mine was that they all went to prime after 3 months to 5 months. I clean it religiously and I am the only user having one cup of coffee a day and one cup of tea so I don't understand why this keeps happening. One thing I did find out if you have done all the cleaning you are suppose to and it still goes to Prime shut it off and pull out the plug. Put the plug back in and turn it on and it works again. I don't know why this has happened to every one I nave owned but it has always been under warranty when this happens and like I stated earlier Keurig will replace it. They do stand by their warranty.
Pros: Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Durable
I've had these before, and they were great machines. This last one has a annoying problem. Sometimes it works great then on the next cup the pump will run but not pump any water in. Then the water out light will start blinking, and you can't make anymore coffee until you unplug it for a while. I hope this coffee maker is an oops. I would recommend this machine, but if I get a bad one again, I will give a very bad review.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
I am on my 3rd Keurig Coffeemaker. I am the only one who drinks coffee in my household and I only drink 1 Cup of Coffee a day. Same problem with all 3 - after a year it stops brewing a full cup of coffee. Keurig has offered to sell me a discounted K75 so I will give it one more try. I am hoping Keurig has fixed these issues. If the fourth one doesn't work I am going to purchase a different brand.
After owning this Keurig I'll never go back to the old Mr. Coffee maker. If you can't afford the K-cups the Keurig My K-Cup Reusable Coffee Filter is the next best thing. U can use your own coffee. All you gotta do remove the holder (which is so easy to do cuz it just pops out) and "viola" use your own favorite coffee. There is a level line in there so I have no problems. No drips, coffee grinds etc.
Pros: Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Fresh Cup Whenever You Wa, Fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
This is the best coffee maker I have ever owned. Setup was easy, great variety of coffees offered and is very fast. My favorite coffee is Nantucket Blend. Like the reservoir flashing when water needed. Can't say enough good things about this product. A great coffee maker!
Pros: Durable, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Stylish
My husband and I have had coffee makers of all kinds and we have found the Keurig the most convenient and best one for us. Unfortunately our first model stopped pumping the water after almost 2 years BUT we have had other machines that haven't lasted that long so that wasn't an issue. We got the next model that had the largest water reservoir which made it more convenient since we didn't have to fill it so often. After reading many reviews we made sure we got the water filter and we also put a filter on our water source to help keep the lines clean. What we love the most about the Keurig is the capability of drinking a vast number of hot drinks without making large quantities. It allows us to have different kinds of coffee and tea. I have found that some of the varieties available are best brewed at a smaller cup size to get the best flavor but that many of my favorite coffees are very suitable for making a large cup. We realize that the cost of the Keurig is a bit more but so convenient and hassle free that it one item we feel good about splurging on.
