Great Invention!

I never brewed coffee at home unless I had company. It just wasn't worth the time, trouble or cleaning multiple parts of my coffee maker for one or two cups, so I either bought a cup or didn't have any at all. This is a great invention! It allows me to have that morning cup of coffee at home and have a variety of flavors and blends to choose from. Love it!
Pros: Easy to use, Durable, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: Tall travel mugs dont fit

Every cup is fresh brewed! What a great concept. It only takes a couple minutes, I don't have to drink the same as everyone else, and I KNOW it has not been sitting around for an hour. I love not having to clean the pot out and I can easily use my bottled water to fill it. Be sure to get the premium - you will love the extra water storage, size selection (takes thermal mugs too) and features. A great way to start out happy every morning. Best purchase I have made in years.

I absolutely love my new Keurig. I purchased it at [...], for a great price.[...]I love how fast it brews a cup of coffee. It makes great iced drinks also. I have the timer set, so it turns on at 6 am and gets the water hot for me. All I have to do is press 'brew' after putting a kcup in. There are so many different types of coffee, tea and hot cocoa to try. I used to go to "that one coffee shop" and spend $3.00 a day on an Americano with flavorings. Now, I can make my own coffee which is so fresh that it tastes like espresso vs coffee!

Great System.... BUT... !!!

I have to say this is the best coffee maker I have ever owned. I am the only coffee drinker in the family, so it always seemed pointless in having a traditional coffee pot that makes up to 12 cups at a time. I usually have 2 cups in the morning and that's it, so this type of thing is perfect for our home. HOWEVER, it appears there is now a problem with my lovely new Keurig. I've had it for about 3 or 4 weeks now, and it suddenly will stop drawing water from the reservoir after one brew, and then just shut down completely. It's sporadic too; completely random. Some days it doesn't happen, while other days it happens after every cup I brew. Now, I read a lot of other review on this site (unfortunately AFTER I bought this coffee maker), and many people are having the same problem. I guess I intend to contact Keurig and have it either serviced or replaced under warranty. In any case, all-in-all it's a FANTASTIC coffee maker... when it works.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Quiet, Fresh cup every time, Easy to use, Quick, Stylish
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Broke in less than 1 mnth

I really Love my platinum keurig coffee maker. I was use to the old cheap coffee pots and when a friend told me about these I was very interested. Researched them and decided on the platinum because I love iced coffee. Purchased one and have been in love ever since. I have never had any problems whatsoever with mine! works perfectly. I use filtered water with mine since we have a RO system in my home so I dont have the water filter installed on the machine.Love the blue back lighting on the led. Matches the lights on my other appliances in my kitchen. I have never had a bad cup of coffee with this. Its fresh everytime! No nutty burnt coffee from sitting on the burner. Love the idea of not having to empty the filter basket like traditional coffee machines. Being able to throw away the whole k cup is a big plus! Less mess! I use the machine with no kcup to get a steaming cup of water for the kids packet cocoa. The possibilities are endless. Before I used my traditional coffee maker maybe once or twice a week because of the hassle. I would have rather went to a shop and purchased a cup instead of making it myself. Now I use my keurig everyday! I havent stopped at a coffee store since ive bought this keurig maker! The only downfall is the price of these makers. They are quite expensive but they are SO worth the money! Wish the k-cups were available in more of a variety in local stores :( But atleast I know I can order them from this website and get a discount too!

Love it, but having the fill issue...

My husband purchased us the Platinum B70 this past Christmas. We absolutely love it! However, we have run into the same shut off problem being discussed on a myriad of blog sites. I can run through a cup of coffee, the tank won't refill it just runs and then shuts off. If I recycle the machine x2 I can run another cup, sometimes it will refill the tank, other times it won't and shuts off again. Oddly once it runs at least 2 consecutive cups it works fine until it sits for a long period of time, then I get the same problem. I really hope you can come up with a permanent solution for this problem, every blog I've read, the comments are they LOVE the machine and the coffee, but this is a big drawback.

Cons: One major design flaw
